I wish I could give 10 stars. I had terrible experiences with dentists in the past and can honestly say I had the most genuine, and thorough visit with Dr Elmore. I went in because I had recently seen 2 other dentists who recommended an implant and not only did Dr Elmore go over everything with me in great detail, he pointed out a crown that wasn’t placed correctly by a previous dentist. Thankfully I just got it done so I contacted that office and they said they could see it too. I’m glad they didn’t wind up doing the implant. I’m getting it fixed before that tooth got an infection. Thank you Dr Elmore for saving me. I finally felt comfortable and I moved forward with getting my Implant with this office

So I had to pull some teeth, and overall it was a bad experience. I had to get the work done and nothing was really transparent, I kept getting blind sided by out of pocket expenses. I got over it, if I have to pay it is what it is but the surgery portion is where I finally had it. The surgical assistant greets me and he was very professional as let me know what they were going to do and also that I paid for laughing gas and he noted that he told me in there and was confirming with me. As I lay there preparing for the surgery to extract 3 teeth it was to my understanding that they give me the laughing gas first to relax me and calm my nerves, I’m afraid of needles which is why I paid for it. The doctor comes in and preps my gums by numbing them and with out even giving it any time to numb he starts jamming needles in my gums. Brought me to tears to be honest but I had to lay there and take it. Then after the whole ordeal he comes back 5 minutes later when my face is numb and says that he noticed I paid for laughing gas but that I was already numb and so didn’t really need it anymore. I got upset but I couldn’t talk because my face was numb but I tried to gesture yes because obviously I paid for it and didn’t get any of the benefits from it. Then he proceeded to give me a few more needles which the insert spots are still sore 3 days later so he might have went in on a bad angle. Anyway I know this is kind of long but yeah it was 5 stars until this poor experience happened.

We love this place! We are so happy to found out that they have a branch here in Temecula we went with their sister office in Irvine! But we moved here so its so far to go there for our tooth needs. I also love Bre she is so nice. These guys will treat you well and we feel at home here.

Had one of the most pleasant dental experiences in the hands of Eddie. He did a deep clean or deep scaling on my teeth and gums and man did he do a great job. He made sure I was good several times during the visit. He was very polite and did a thorough job. If you need this done come and see Eddie and you’ll be as stoked as I was after. If there was a way to give more than 5 stars I would. Thanks Eddie!

Amazing office came for my cleaning and exam everyone was super nice and friendly the office was super clean and very honest as far as treatment needed for me coming here I am confident and trust them with what they tell me and explained to me it’s been a while since I have been in so i was prepared for the worst, but when dr christin was going over treatment she really went over everything in great detail and wasn’t overwhelming, and also didn’t make me feel horrible for not coming in like I should which was really nice and reassuring I have already recommended all of my friends and family to come here if your looking for a dentist please come see dr. Christin and her staff.

...coming here I felt welcomeed ...very comfortable... the establishment was very clean staff was very friendly and helpful as well as the music playlist was great. I have found a home dentist for me and my family ...5 stars hands down

All the staff is very friendly. Ariana helped me and she was very kind and knowledgeable. Zaria was very thorough in explaining finance options. Dr. Christin was wonderful in all aspects of my care. Eddie my hygienist is great and very compassionate about his patients.
