Unbelievable horrible experience. I have a very overpriced crown that has fallen out 3 times in 3 months bi was ignored when I informed them it wasn’t fitting correctly. I was eating a hard boiled egg and it fell out on 3rd try. I have scheduled appointments all three times an have waited over an hour past scheduled time to be sat in room and wait some more. No communication. If they had called and said we are running behind or had an emergency, I would have been happy to reschedule. Today I had an appointment at 1:30 for crown that fell out 1 week after being reset and assured it was fine now, I arrived at 1:15 and waited until 2:00 to be called back to a room. I then waited 45 minutes with no communication and finally left at 2:45. Don’t waist your time or money. During my wait in waiting room every patient had same complaints but their insurance told them to go here. I would never recommend this dentist office to anyone. Change insurance if they recommend Temecula Modern Dental on Winchester.

I had my first visit here and really appreciated all the time they took to get to know my history and any of my concerns. Dr. Abrams was really friendly! My hygienist was Eddie and he was the best!!! He really made me feel so comfortable the entire time. Zaira was very thorough with all the business details and super friendly! She's a great face to the company. I felt well taken care of. Definitely coming back!

Today 1/15/22 I went in with my boys for cleaning. My experience with Temecula Modern dentistry has been a very pleasant one. I’ve been taking my family there for 2 years. The staff is simply amazing! Eddie the hygienist is so gentle and calm when cleaning all of our teeth. He makes sure you feel comfortable through out the whole process. And the two ladies in the front desk are very professional and kind. I don’t think I will ever go anywhere else.

I had a great experience and highly recommend this office! The office is very modern and nice. The office staff is so friendly and helpful. Ariana took my x-rays. She was so nice and the process was very comfortable and easy. Dr. Abrams was friendly and met with me in her office to go over my concerns and problem areas before I saw the hygienist. Eddie, my hygienist was great! I had to get deep cleaning and he was so friendly and the process went quickly with no discomfort.

Our office couldn't schedule us for over 2 weeks, but Temecula Modern Dentistry worked to fit us in right away, so we were referred to them. Service and care was outstanding, from front office, to assistants, to doctors. We're switching all care to this excellent group.

This has been an effortless process! Dentist visits are not anyones favorite but they have far made it a better experience that I’ve every had. The front staff is knowledgeable and the specialists and dentists are professional and provide an authentic chairside manner. The payment plan made the getting all my procedures done at once possible. Definitely would recommend giving them a chance! Quick efficient and seamless process.

Temecula Modern Dentistry is great! They have gotten me back on track with regular cleanings and my teeth feel clean clean 😬 Eddie, the hygienist is so good at his job! Not only is he gentle, but he’s also very positive and encouraging the whole time he’s cleaning your teeth. Dr. Abrams is also attentive and approachable. I can’t recommend TMD enough!
