The people at Thousand Oaks Dentistry are all very friendly and efficient. I had no waiting time, no paperwork to fill out (all electronic). The office was clean, efficient and honest. I have been to several other dentists in the past that have told me that I needed major work done and cavities filled. I opted not to get it done, came to TO Family Dentistry and was told that no work needed to be done. From the front desk, Greg and Maggie were fantastic and Dr. Katie was very personable, professional and thorough with the cleaning. Keep up the good work!

This year was the first time that I had visited the Thousand Oaks Family Dentistry, and I am happy that I did. The results on my teeth definitely show, and they have been able to help me every time. Everyone there is super welcoming and kind, from the assistants to the dentists. It is always a welcoming experience when I come in, and a very comfortable experience at that. This office does a lot to ensure that your visit is perfect. They offer TV's and shows, as well as music, to entertain you while you are getting your teeth done, something that I had never experienced. The dentist's are super experienced, and do a great job. Whether it is with repairs, or just a cleaning, I am always pleased with the way my teeth look afterwards.

Dr. Hong is amazing! We have been going to Thousand Oaks Family Dentistry for 4 years, and we really feel like she cares and takes care of us and our teeth. She remembers who we are, asks about our family, what's going on in our lives, etc. She has excellent recommendations for orthodontists who fixed my TMJ issues. She is caring, connected, and always has a great smile. Her staff is friendly, nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and the whole experience is always easy and, actually fun! This is how a dentist should be!
Update: Just want to say again how fabulous Dr. Hong is. We had our 6 month check-up again - and again she is on top of all things teeth! Plus, besides being a superb dentist and very nice person to talk with, she has amazing amenities in her office - everyone in our family loves going there! Who really LOVES going to a dentist - we do!!

Thought I'd add another update. Have now been going to Dr. Hong for three years, and I'm just as pleased now as when I published my first review. They always start on time, everyone is friendly, the office is clean and neat. Highly recommended!
So after my cleaning back in February, I needed to return to have a couple of fillings that were very, very old replaced. Dr. Hong (Kari) replaced them with minimum pain and they've been doing great.
Just had my 2nd cleaning, and everyone was just as friendly as the first visit. They hygienist was thorough but gentle. If you're looking for a dentist in the Newbury Park area, I'm not sure you can do better.

Great practice! We have 5 family members that go here. Very happy we found a local practice which cares about thier patients dental needs. In addition, the whole staff is very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend this practice!

I can’t say enough good things about this practice. Although I have only been a client for a short time, I am very satisfied with the services. They are professional and knowledgeable. The entire staff there is stellar! The oral hygienists are gentle and thorough and the front desk crew is simply delightful! If you’re in need of a dentist, look no further.
