The staff are very friendly and professional. The office is always clean and well managed. The hygienist that attended me was very thorough in cleaning my teeth. Terrible service! If you are a VETERAN do not go here! You get treated seconed class, instead if just like a regular patient. Both times I showed up I waitied over 45 minutes and thats after being there 15 minutes prior to that. This seconed time I waited and once someone else came in they moved me out of the lobby into a chair were I was still waiting, and the person that just walked in was sat right in the chair to get worked on, I got up and left.

Dr. Ma and each one of his staff are amazing! Each time I go in they are so kind and willing to listen, he will really take the time to address any concerns or answer any questions you may have. Their office is also a really nice and clean environment, and they run very efficiently! Each time I’m in I’m always impressed with how smoothly and quickly each appointment goes. I now drive an hour to still keep Dr. Ma as my dentist! I highly recommend Dr. Ma and Our Dental Care.

Dr. Ma and his staff are amazing! I have bad anxiety about anything dental and Dr and the staff made me feel so much better about my visit. The lady that did my deep cleaning was AMAZING she explained everything she was doing and made sure i was comfortable the whole time. Dr. Ma was friendly and accommodating and very efficient. If you struggle with dental anxiety i would 100% recommend Dr. Ma’s office 😊
