We have moved away from Visalia but still come back for our dental work. It's worth the drive for this level of care. He's an amazing dentist, ethical. He doesn't do unnecessary work. His staff is also wonderful. My son has been going since he was a toddler and feels so safe and at home.

BEST DENTIST IN TOWN!
I ORIGINALLY FOUND DR. BARNES BECAUSE I NEEDED A PEDIATRIC DENTIST FOR MY KIDS. THE STAFF WAS SO FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL I ENDED UP CHANGING FROM MY DENTIST TO DR BARNES. IT IS GREAT TO BE ABLE TO SCHEDULE ALL OF US FOR APPOINTMENT ON THE SAME DAY.
I LOVE THAT THEY STILL SEND POSTCARDS TO REMIND YOU OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. MY KIDS WERE ALSO THRILLED TO GET BIRTHDAY CARDS. IT IS THAT KIND OF EXTRA TOUCH THAT MAKES DR. BARNES DENTISTRY STAND OUT AMONGST THE REST.

I have been going to Dr. Barnes for about 25 years, best dentist in town. I am terrified of going to the dentist well mainly having to get cavities filled and I feel so comfortable and cared for. I love Erika who cleans my teeth and has been cleaning them for at least 10 years to Cynthia Dr. Barnes assistant helping with fillings. And can’t forget the front desk ladies especially Kelly who has put up with my craziness of getting insurance. Great staff, great care and would highly recommend!

Dr. Barnes and staff are wonderful. Not sure what the bad reviews are about but this practice is great! I have been a loyal patient for more then 20 years. I have had cleanings, my wisdom teeth removed and Invisalign with Dr. Barnes. I would definitely recommend him to all family and friends.

Went back in 2015 to have a root canal and my wisdom teeth removed. Everything went fine until a couple of months ago I was having pain where the root canal is. I went to another dentist for them to tell me, Dr. Barnes put my cap in the wrong way and it's causing severe gaping in my teeth, creating even more problems! Would not advice anyone to go here! They won't even fix the mistakes they made!

Having the worst time with this facility. I swear they give me the run around and my child has been in pain for several weeks. call every week and its something different every time I call them. First it was insurance need to be approve now they saying they need court order when in fact I sent it down with all the other paper work last month. Now the scheduler isn't in and wont be back til Monday. How long does my child have to suffer before its taken care of. Mind you this is the surgery center part.
