Market Place Dentistry

I have never been one to shy away from the dentist, but Market Place Dentistry is the most comfortable, professional and friendly practice in the area! I come here twice a year for my six-month cleanings, and couldn’t be happier with the level of expertise. I am never left in the waiting room for more than ten minutes or so; sometimes I am brought back minutes before my appointment was even scheduled! I have found the dentists to be incredibly knowledgeable, but also easy to talk to and very informative. I am not afraid to ask any of the questions I want answered. So far, the quality of service has been undeniably great! After my cleanings, which are the only things I have had done, my teeth are always left in great condition, and I never have any issues with them afterwards, as I used to have when I was going to a previous practice. Market Place has such a friendly and good atmosphere. The receptionists as well as the dentists are super friendly and kind. It is definitely not the cold and purely business atmosphere often associated with dentist offices! I strongly recommend this practice if you are looking for an amazing smile, and overall good experience! When I am there, I always feel like I am being taken very good care of, and I really trust the staff. If you have children, this would also be a great practice to bring them into! The staffs are all so lovely that I’m sure your child would have less fears of the dentist! So overall, definitely check out this practice, I highly recommend it!

When I first started coming to Dr.Haque my wisdom teeth were protruding from my gums, making my mouth sore to a point that it was hard for me to eat. Instead of telling me that I needed to go see a surgeon, she pulled out my wisdom teeth like it was a regular procedure. She saved me a lot of money and time! Market Place Dentistry has all of the bells and whistles, the staff is so friendly and easy to deal with. No egos or special statement surprises! They have digital xrays, bluetooth headphones, tvs, and can do crowns the same day. Its incredible to have all of this and still have great service. The most important part...they take my insurance. Dr. Haque is terrific!

I've spent a lot of time with many dentists over the years and Dr. Haque stands out above them all. She doesn't "prospect for gold" as many do, but creates a customized, realistic treatment plan based on real needs. She's thorough, confident and efficient with great steady hands and a warm friendly personality that keeps you at ease at all times - takes the fear out of going to the dentist!

I've been going to Dr. Haque for about 3 years now and have been consistently pleased with my visits. I hardly ever wait for my name to be called, the hygienists are always friendly and professional, and the office is very clean. I also don't have dental issues (*knock on wood*), so all of my visits are routine and uneventful. Also, Dr. Haque is very personable despite seeing me only 1-2 times a year.

I have been going to Market Place Dentistry for over ten years and have had not a single problem with the service Dr. Haque has provided, be it cavity fillings, cleaning, or most recently, a root canal. She has a friendly demeanor, a gentle touch. I moved locations and went to a different dentist only to find I was in need of a root canal. I came back to Dr. Haque to get the procedure done as I trust her with my teeth. She was so understanding and her caring touch made the process so much easier. Dr. Haque clearly explained the procedure and broke it down into steps for me. Crowns are custom-made then baked at Market Place Dentistry after scanning the rest of your teeth in. You cannot even tell that the crown on my tooth is fake. It looks so natural and is a perfect fit. I could not be any more satisfied with the services provided. In fact, what should have taken three visits, I got done in two. I would highly recommend Market Place Dentistry to everyone.

Really positive experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and puts you at ease by explaining the procedure in detail. I had my wisdom teeth taken out, it was quick and painless, Dr. Haque used good technique which allowed me to be completely healed in 3 days.

I set up an appointment last week as a new patient. They emailed me two days before to confirm. Their system texted me asking me to confirm two hours before, which I did.

I leave work early and I arrive, and call the front desk (as they asked me to do because of COVID), noticing that there are two people sitting in the waiting room. The office assistant tells me that all appointments are canceled because the Dr. had an emergency, and they can't see me until three weeks later.

I asked, "why didn't you tell me?" The office assistant Michelle straight up lies and says that my mailbox was full on my cell phone. I have neither a missed call from them, nor a voicemail, and my mailbox is not full.

Amazing gall to lie to a new patient. Horrible business practices. Would not recommend.

This is a very clean and modern office. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, I was able to get an appointment on a Sunday which was a definite plus with my crazy work/school schedule. Dr Haque took the time to fully explain everything in a way that I could understand. I haven't seen a dentist in several years and extremely nervous, but they helped me to quickly feel at ease.Dr Haque took a conservative approach, prioritizing what needs to be fixed first and what can.I found this to be a refreshing change from other experience I've had in OC with doctors trying to maximize invoice amounts instead of addressing patient needs.These are good people. If your "on the fence" about which dentist to choose like I was,do yourself a favor and check this place out.

If you are anything like me, terrified, shaking, anxiety riddled hot mess (and that's just in the parking lot) at the dentist- listen to me: This dentist is different.
She's super calm, which is calming.
She's super sweet, which is calming.
She's very careful, which matters when someone is in your face.
Look, it's uncomfortable. No one really looks forward to it. But somehow, Dr. Haque earned my trust swiftly that I actually opted out of nitrous during my crowning procedure. And truly, honestly (and I'm hard to numb) I am telling you- I didn't feel that awful first jab- the one when it feels like they are trying to jam the needle into your brain, you know that one? Yeah- not here, she won't let that happen.

Finally, finally.......I may actually stick with this practice and have them help me avoid more crowns.

Please take a leap of faith and trust this practice no matter how freaked out you are at the idea of dentists.

I'm so glad I stumbled on them doing a google search...

First off, I have to admit that I am not a big fan of going to the dentist's office. But at Market Place Dentistry they put me at ease by explaining the process of what is going to happen and go through the bill so there are no surprises. When it comes to my health I don't like surprises. After several negative experiences with dentists, I am glad I found this place. I have been coming to Market Place Dentistry for years, along with my wife and kids. We couldn't be any happier. My kids get little toys and lessons on brushing their teeth, which they actually utilize when I take them home. They never listen to me, but they seem to take instruction well from the Dentists here. These days, you have to be careful when choosing health professionals, especially dentists. I have recommended Market Place Dentistry to at least half a dozen friends over the years and have gotten nothing but positive feedback.

One of the worsts. Due to can overfilled root canal caused by Dr. Haq, I now have an infection in my sinuses. As noted below, the infection is called sinusitis - which is an inflammation or swelling of the tissue lining the sinuses. After doing some research, apparently the cost of surgery to fix the infection caused by this dentistry can range up to about $19,000 before insurance. When seeking a reimbursement for what happened, this dentistry only offered $150 towards the damages. WOW. That's a joke.

Over a course of 2-3 months, I would say the best part was ONLY the friendships that were established with this dentistry. Unfortunately the professionalism was very disappointing. In short, my experience can be summarized in the following:

1. They overfilled one of my root canals and caused an infection that was revealed in a CT scan.
2. 90% of my scheduled appointments began 20-30min
3. I was rarely notified if they were running late (only once I was notified)
4. On multiple occasions they weren't able to give me a shot to properly numb my gums.
5. Their assessment was that I needed several root canals. I went to Allegra Dental in Tustin instead and they were able to address the same teeth perfectly without any root canals.

As mentioned earlier, they overfilled one of my root canals causing an infection. It's been about 2 months and they still haven't completely refunded the procedure. Not only that, they lack the integrity to take responsibility of the damages they caused. Not only that, I have a remaining credit balance with them because I refused to return and they have yet to refund procedures THAT NEVER TOOK PLACE but yet I was charged for.

I do not recommend this dentistry. I am contemplating a lawsuit as they refuse to refund me.
