Everyone is always friendly and caring. I feel I am getting the best dental care possible.

My children love THFDC.. Rachael is always smiling and friendly, she interacts with my kids. She always knows all 5 of my family members by name and takes interest in how we are doing. The office in a whole is very friendly and helpful. We have to drive about 25 minutes to get there and it is worth it!

I always have a pleasant experience at this dentist. At least, as pleasant an experience as can be expected getting my teeth cleaned. They’re always on time and I don’t have to wait. I’ve never had an issue with pain or anything either.

I have been a patient at this dental office for several years and never had a bad experience. The front office staff are always friendly and professional. The dentists and dental hygienists are always very thorough, friendly and professional. They have the latest diagnostic equipment and the office is very clean and orderly. I would highly recommend this dental office.

Was recommended this dentist for their quality of work. Went in as a new patient and they found a crown that needed to be replaced and a cavity that needed to be filled. Quoted $64.xx for filling and $650+ for crown as an in-network dentist. Make appointment for filling 2 weeks later. Go in for filling and am happily surprised how fast they get it done. Go to pay and my bill is now $110. No plain English explaination other than your insurance faxed us one thing the day of quote but when we went in it was different so they lowered your coverage. Dentist knew bill was going to be more well before appointment as confirmed by clerk but made no attempt to inform me of new cost until I was paying. When asked why they didn't call they gave a weak "apology " and said I could call my insurance to find out why it was lowered. They also said my crown quote was accurate still. Called insurance and found out they NEVER submitted a preapproval form for either procedure. If they had, they would have known that white fillings weren't covered. Not sure how they can say the bigger quote is accurate if they havent submitted a preapproval form with insurance to see what they cover. Happy with work done so far but beyond disappointed with customer service. Will not be going back.

The folks at Twain Harte Family Dental, from the front office staff to the dental hygienist to each of the practitioners are some of the most caring, welcoming, friendly and professional staff I have ever had the pleasure of seeing and getting to know...They go above and beyond what most would expect during a dental visit. This is an amazing place to visit. I called due to a emergency need and they fitted me in immediately. They are all super pleasant and understanding. I would recommend anyone to become a client.

this is by far the worst dentist we have ever been to, plenty of other moms say the same, yet you would never know by the rating. Prices are very high and the service is below that of other dentist in the area. Ask around and you will see better choices out there

Excellent care provided by the Doctors, dental assistants and front office staff, they do their best to get you in as soon as possible ,

Came up to the mountains on vacation and had a very bad toothache after biting down awkwardly at dinner . I made an appointment the same day and they were able to fit me in and do x-rays and verified there was no major damage. Staff and Dr. were all very nice and professional. Highly recommended this office!
