Incredibly caring, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Clean and modern facility. TVs on the ceiling so you can watch something while you're in the chair. Windows looking out onto the golf course across the street (beautiful). They called me the day before my appointment to let me know about road work in the area. Best dentistry experience I've ever had, honestly.

Just returned home from Twain Harte Family Dental office. Their Name says it all. They don't care how many tweaks it takes, they care and get it right. I am so glad they are gentle and caring.
I used to be afraid and upset when going to a Dentist. From the office staff, Dental Hygienists, to the Dentists themselves, you can't ask for a better Dental experience when going to the Twain Harte Family Dental office.From the moment you walk in to the office, you do not feel the stress of "Going to the Dentist". They put you ad ease with their bright caring smiles. They work with your schedule and everything flows smoothly. I feel blessed to have a caring, community minded office near me.

I have been a patient at this practice since 2009. I was a mess when I arrived. Had a fear of the dentist since childhood and a lot of work to get done starting with Wisdom teeth and all the problems they created by avoiding the dentist.
Dr. Grossman and everyone I have interacted with at this practice are of the highest possible calibre. The rest of the medial industry could take a few notes from this team of people. The facility has always been extremely clean from the waiting room to the exam room. Paint is well cared for, even the vents on their ventilation system are kept dust free. The building is right across from a golf course, so the view from the exam rooms is better than most places.They use all the modern tools, and are attentive to details that keep your overall experience pain free should you need work done. (Obviously they are not miracle workers, some times you have a problem that is just going to hurt after the novocain wears off.) They are also quite understanding of a tooth ache and the misery it entails, and prior to establishing good dental health they have gotten me in right away to fix an immediate problem. The hygienist's make the cleaning process completely pain free (at least it has been after I got all my initial troubles dealt with) and in the entire time i've been going I never felt I was being judged. Even the billing department is nice, and very well organized. They use text messages and automated phone call reminders to keep your appointments fresh in mind even for cleanings. I've recommended all my family and friends to this practice, and from what they tell me all the other dentists at this practice are just as good as Dr. Grossman, and all of them have commented on how good their experience was. I have seen most of the faces there for the entire time I have been going to this practice, and have had the same hygienist (Lisa) the entire time. So no turn over in almost 8 years as near as I can tell. I highly recommend anyone who needs to find a good dental practice, go here!

My family and I drove from Livermore to Long Barn Lodge for the holiday weekend yesterday. I've never had a dental emergency before but the mix of the elevation and my wisdom tooth I had a terrible pain in my mouth. I thought I was going to have to live with it because it was a holiday and no one was open. But my dad called Twain Heart Family Dental and the owner told me to come right in free of charge so my holiday wasn't ruined! Every one was so nice and helpful I've never been to a dentist so caring and genuinely concerned about me. I left happy with free floss!

This dental office made me welcome, and well taken care of. That's hard to do since I am usually very skittish with dental care. They took excellent care of me & expertly handled every detail, from the x-rays ( digital!) to the treatment plan, to the cleaning & most importantly the follow up with my insurance. What an awesome experience. Thank You.

The most unpleasant part of my office visit, surprisingly is not the actual Dental work, but the front staff! The main girl has ALWAYS been so unfriendly, un-inviting and curt. I only go there to support my friend, Dr Grossman. 5 stars for him, 1 Star for the office staff!

I’ll start off by saying I am the biggest wimp when it comes to the dentist. I have extremely sensitive teeth and gums and after some previous, more traumatic, dentist visits going to the dentist generally causes me severe anxiety.

Twaine Harte Family Dental is by far the nicest dentist office I’ve ever visited. Everyone is so kind and accommodating and willing to work with me to get my procedures done despite my extreme sensitivity and anxiety. They explain what they’re doing and what tools they’ll be using and give me time to take a breath or two and recompose myself if the procedure gets to be too much. They’re also super quick and easy to get ahold of. I sent in a request for appointment online and got a response within a day or so. They communicate very well, the text reminders for my appointments are a huge lifesaver! They’ll also communicate via text if for whatever reason you’re unable to call

I absolutely recommend this office, they maintain a professional yet friendly and welcoming environment and are by far the best dental practitioners I’ve ever visited.

$400 for cleaning, 4 x-rays & a quick exam is too expensive!!!

Been going here for years! Dr.Grossman is a terrific dentist for our whole family. Kind, patient and informative. The staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend TH Family Dental to all my friends!
