I needed a new dentist who specialized in TMJ, and while I was nervous about leaving my dentist of 15 years, I can honestly say I wish I had done it sooner! Dr. B is very knowledgeable and up to date on what the best options are for your dental needs, and he and his staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable so that my TMJ was not inflamed or bothered by any of my dental work. Let's face it going to the Dentist has never been on anybodys fun list. I have gone to a few in my day and I must say Dr. B & staff are the best. I had one Dentist as a child that made you feel like you had gone 10 Rounds with Ali after the procedure was done. That was Dr. Jepson in Tulare.
I find {all the staff } At Dr. B's office to be friendly and Top Notch! True Professionals doing a tough job and doing it well.
On a side note It has been my experience that when somebody really slams a business they are either correct or just never happy with anything or anybody. A quick check of their other reviews will usually show a pattern of always complaining. So with that being said now you know the rest of the story.
