Last time we were here they gave my daughter an empty floss container… she was very upset.
Overall, it’s a good place and I bring my kids here consistently; however, expect to spend at least an hour AND a half minimum.

Terrible experience. Appointment was scheduled for 10am. I arrived at 940 and confirmed the day before for 10am. It is now 11am we we still have not been see. I asked and was told the dentist is behind and I have 2 patients ahead of my daughter. Let it be know that 4 families arrived after I did and were all taken back before my child. The staff has no disregard for families and how important double booking patients really hinders patient satisfaction. I work 12 hour night shift I do not have time to just sitting around because your staff likes to double book. I asked about rescheduling and was told not till March. So here we are now 11am still waiting. After this treatment we will NEVER be returning!

Dentist offices are naturally unnerving places to go but at Smileland, they create an atmosphere of professionalism and care that I have never seen in my life. I would like to say that is hyperbole. However, from the second I walked through the door to the time we left, my daughter’s first dentist appointment had her smiling the entire time. I can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve provided. Don’t take your kids anywhere else. I promise, you’ll love it.

Place is nice and staff nice. Only thing that I don’t like is my child needed dental work done and because they’re booked he had to wait a while 5 months until then.

The stupidest place. If you can't make your appointment the next available one becomes 5 months later. Then you go and your kid has cavities and the dentist scolds you for waiting so long in between visits! This place is not a practical place to bring your kids if they are so booked that they can't reschedule your kid for less than 5 months out at a time

All of the staff are very friendly and professional. The dentist and back office staff made sure we understood everything and offered to answer any questions. They are also quick and efficient while still providing excellent care. Also, without having dental insurance, the routine care is very affordable. I would highly recommend this office to other parents.

Smileland employees were very kind and welcoming. My son was able to get an appointment right away which I appreciated very much as he had an abcess. Treatment was done in a timely manner and we will definitely be back. The Dentist was very kind and sweet. She made sure to explain the treatment and answer any and all questions I had. I will definitely be recommending.

Loved that they had the videogame and tablet stations it really helped the kids while we waited all the staff is so nice and sweet will be bringing my other son as well 💙

Very unprofessional whole staff got attitudes love to push policy on people but it's only a certain people that they try to push policy on been there 7 years had the same problems ever since I've been there this Friday got removed from the building because one of your doctors decided they didn't want to answer questions and all that they had all kinds of accusations of all kind of stuff I was doing but no proof even call headquarters headquarters took day word for it
