I have been going here for about 3 years now. In my experience, the front desk ladies have always been so nice and helpful. I called today to reschedule an appointment. The lady I spoke to was very rude. Hung up on me. I was not aware the phone call was over because she did not say goodbye or end the phone call in a professional manner by any means. It seemed like I was being an inconvenience to this person. Super disappointing to be treated like this.

this place is nothing but a bunch of crooks! I am very appalled at the service that I had received here at this establishment. I went in for a root canal and two crowns and paid for the service prior to the appointment. I was under pill sedation and I clearly remember everything that happened and did not give consent for these people to do additional services on me without discussing price. I do remember signing a consent form for the treatment i paid for, however it wasn’t what I had thought it was it was very misleading. now I am left with a bill that I cannot afford all because these people are dishonest. Do not under any circumstances sign any forms to have treatment here at this facility without reading thoroughly and asking a lot of questions, make sure you ask for the consent forms prior to your procedure to read over them throughly. These people do not understand what they are doing is wrong. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Honestly my first visit was great and the DA that helped me was so nice and attentive after my first visit where they actually did work that went ok, but after it was a night mare. The ladies that are in the front office do not know how to do their job description. The patients are not their priority. I’m not sure why there even working there if they cannot do their jobs. It’s all about the patients always not for them. It seems like they come first. I did not think I would have to be helping them to help me. My last appointment was never confirmed only through email. I called them many times regarding my concerns and issues I was having before appt and that’s another reason why I choose not to even confirm it because they failed to take care of my questions. I haven’t heard from them not sure if they lost my phone numbers . I will going to another place and finding another dentist that has better staff.

Dr Chandler and the staff are A1 been here several time every experience has been Great. Dr Chandler has pulled several of my wisdom teeth NO pain during or after. Highly suggest Williams Family Dental you want be disappointed.

I rarely write reviews, but I wanted to share my positive experience today. I was looking for a new dentist and hadn't been to the dentist in a year. I called per my sister's recommendation and got an appointment the next day. The receptionist was very friendly over the phone and answered all my questions about my insurance.
I went into my appointment to fill out the new client paperwork and was called by Karen (who has worked there for years!) for a mouth scan. I loved her humor and we had a great conversation. She also educates you!
Then Dr. Chandler came into double check my teeth to see if any work needed to be done. He was also friendly and professional. Karen was able to get me in for a cleaning with Ellen, who was phenomenal at her job (I try my best to have good dental hygiene so i think that helped) and I enjoyed our conversation. The environment at the office was very welcoming, which made me feel very comfortable. It helped to lower the anxiety of visiting a dental office, especially if you haven't been in for a check up in a while. I highly recommend the office of Dr. Keith Williams, though I have yet to meet Dr. Williams himself.

I’ve had pretty terrible experiences with dentists in general in the past, which caused me to avoid them for as long as possible because of the anxiety they caused me.

I had a major toothache and no established dentist, but the receptionist was very personable and understanding and got me an appointment same day that accommodated my work schedule.

They also took my work schedule into consideration when scheduling me for the subsequent treatment. When I walked in that morning, they were packed (it was Monday), but one of the staff saw me and called me over by name to get me signed in and pay my copay/deductible. The second I was done and about to go sit down, the dental assistant was waiting for me to take me back.

I told the staff from the start about my anxiety when it comes to dentists and treatment, and they synced up with me immediately, doing everything possible to reassure me (not excessively). For someone with anxiety like mine, it helped IMMENSELY.

First impressions are key; my first impression with this practice is that they truly care about their patients, not just their profit. Interactions are not transactional, they’re personal. I just feel comfortable and safe there.

I don’t normally review anything but Amazon orders, but this practice has been so great to me from the gate, I can’t imagine ever going anywhere else. Thank you!

If you're looking for a practice that cares about you and your well being first and foremost before anything else, this is the place to call YOUR dentist. All of the staff are great! They're kind, pleasant, and professional at all times. The Doctors are truly talented at what they do (and I'm convinced Dr. William's is a part time comedian). My hygienist Madeline, is fantastic. I cant begin to express how much she cares and how talented she is. Always making me feel comfortable and letting me know that my care is her first priority. I can't thank her or the doctors enough for the care I've recieved. This is the place you've been looking for!!!

Not many people get excited about a dentist visit, but after going to see Dr. Williams for the last couple years, it’s a pleasure. The whole staff is very warm, kind and like an extension of family. Sarah, Courtney, Ashley, Katie and Maddie all make visiting the dentist an excellent experience. I would recommend Williams Family Dental to anyone!

They are the example of amazing customer service & great work! From all the girls, dental hygienist, dentist and Dr. Williams himself I have nothing but good things to say about how this office operates. Professional, courteous, always a good laugh & most important great dental work!

I’ve been going to Dr. Williams for over 25 years. The hygienists are professional and make for a positive and relaxed experience. My most recent hygienist, Bre, promised she’d tell my mom on my if I didn’t start flossing and now I just can’t stop! 10/10 recommend. 👍🏽👍🏽
