The service was used to be good and on time, the last two appointments after braces were removed to get retainers adjusted my daughter had to wait over 1 hour each time in a packed waiting room, we ended up leaving. Both times, her bottom retainer slips off and doesn't hold in place.

Not sure if they are just short on staff or they try to cram too many patients at once.

The front desk girls get frustrated, they get tired of telling the patients to keep waiting, maybe they get overwhelmed because they are always behind and running late?

Don't get braces here unless you love waiting hours on end every single appointment.

I had braces from here, and my teeth look super straight! and yesterday I got my wisdom teeth removed, i feel no pain and the doctors made me super comfortable before going under !

Got my wisdon teeth removed and it happened fast and quickly and i was told it lasted them an hour whitvh was great for me! The main meds helped me with the pain and it was a good experience.

Awful experience. Came in with a lot of infections and bad teeth, with a severe tooth ache. I need extractions but have to be cleared by my dr first. So I asked for ANTIBIOTICS in the mean time and was told that would only help for a couple of days. I said that was ok I just needed the ache to be gone. THE AUDACITY this dentist had is insane!! Told me if it’s pain meds I want to just go to the hospital?!.. i asked for antibiotics!!!!! What is wrong with this dentist?! I have bad teeth yes, but I’m not chasing a high! I’ve never been a druggie and I never will be. Worst experience ever, I’ll never be back! Unprofessional and unsafe. Now I wasted time getting help with the infection which I hope doesn’t get worse!

I got all my wisdom teeth removed yesterday. My recovery is painless with normal swelling. They are very nice and make sure you are comfortable during the whole procedure, there is no reason why to be scared when you have a supportive and trusting doctor. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I love this place. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. If you're looking for a good dentist, definitely give this place a call!

I have had bad experiences with other dentists in the past. I have really severe anxiety and just the thought of the dentist scares me.

This office is very relaxing. They play upbeat, relaxing music. The color scheme is soothing and the art on the walls is cheery and tranquil.

They accept Denti-Cal and are currently accepting new patients.

If you are like me with severe anxiety, you can request a private room for your appointment. They have 3 private rooms and open rooms too.

Edit to add( I think this place might be faking reviews. A lot of the 5 star reviews are repetitive and most are about the same few subjects like specifying wisdom teeth removal and sedation) Worker constantly asking if I want braces after I explained I can't afford and don't want them. Was insistent on using a new sonic cleaning tool that caused me pain without warning and was trying to dismiss my refusal by saying " I wish you'd let me use it". Least professional cleaning I've ever gotten and they didn't even let me rinse the toothpaste out of my mouth or the spit from my hair and glasses. Overall 0/10. It's sad this is the only place my insurance works that's nearby.

We had both our sons teeth pulled. We had such an awesome time there and our experience was amazing time. They are so welcoming and family friendly

I got my wisdom teeth removed here and I had a great experience. I had very little pain and the staff did a great job of answering any questions I had.

DISGUSTING, FILTHY office including dental
equipment. Looks like they invested some money in a remodel years ago but there has been no maintenance or upkeep since then. Overbooked so you get the bums rush. Blows my mind that they have this high a rating on here.
