Excellent front desk they say your name when walk in the door, the dental assistants are also wonderful they make you feel at ease. I have had great experience with all dentist in this facility. As I am very nervous when it comes to dental work the whole facility makes it comfortable.

Fair service, but impersonal staff. Like a lot of other businesses these days Magnolia has all high tech equipment and fancy location, but I just felt like a number. I think because of social media many people have lost the interpersonal skills needed to work with the public. The entire staff, I’m talking the front desk to the doctor, were very impersonal. There was limited eye contact, no one introduced themselves, nor did they call me by my name. After trying twice to submit the survey sent to me via text message I figured I would voice my dissatisfaction with my visit here.

This was my first experience taking the kids to the dentist as my wife has taken them in the past. I was nervous on how their experience was gonna be especially since this was our first visit to a new dentistry. That question was immediately answered as both technicians greeted the kids and explained the process especially since one of my kids was nervous. That is priceless. Both were at ease during their exams and cleaning. Both kids left with a smile. Thanks Magnolia.

I was in Sacramento last week at about 9:30 pm. I grabbed a piece of candy to raise my blood sugars and immediately realized that the candy had lifted my crown right off my tooth. I carefully placed the crown in a paper towel and headed home to Yuba City. The very next morning, I had an appointment at 6:30 am but was able to make contact with Magnolia Modern Dentistry. After completing my meeting I went directly to the dentist office without an appointment. I was met by a cheerful group of employees who called me by name and made me feel great Their extraordinary efforts to adjust their schedules so that I could be seen quickly was amazing. Literally within minutes my crown was fitted back on my tooth and the pain and discomfort I was experiencing was gone. I am grateful that in our busy world there are still organizations like Magnolia Modern Dentistry that go out of their way to help customers like me.

My first 3 experiences with Magnolia Dentistry have been enjoyable. The 1st visit with Alan Reid went smooth. I enjoyed discussing my Dental issues with Alan. My 2nd visit was for a cleaning and the technician did an excellent job. The 3rd visit for a crown with Dr. Amari was a smooth gentle experience. I enjoyed the patience she had with me and how efficient she was. No wasted moves.
