Donβt believe the reviews. People come on here and leave a 1 star review after what they consider a bad time. βMy teeth hurtβ, these things are normal. Been going here my whole life and never had a bad experience.

Awful experience with this dentist office and will be looking to switch now. Iβve had horrible fills done on multiple teeth that continue to bother me even over a year after. Also, the secretary or insurance lady or whatever she is at the front does not know how to do her job. For some reason a bill that I had paid the day of was sent to collections and 8 months later I had to argue with the lady that I had already paid it. I finally snapped at her to contact my insurance on her own since she claims my insurance didnβt cover it. The next day I receive a voicemail saying that the insurance did cover it and I wouldnβt have to worry about itβ not even an apology!!!

I began going to Dr. Lee when my husband and I were active duty years ago. We moved away, but when we returned to Sacramento I decided to go back because she was always so kind and personable. When I went back 12/20 a lot had changed. There was a new secretary and the office was not as organized, etc. I had a tooth pulled and a partial made. I have 3 dental insurances and the new secretary had checked my insurances to make sure they cover my new partial. The partial was also $1600 dollars, which is why I had her make sure it was covered beforehand. I received 2 statements saying that the insurance would not cover the partial. I have been trying to call the office for a week and I always get the answering service, but today I was able to get through. I asked the secretary to bill my third insurance so I could settle my final bill with them but she kept trying to rush me off the phone. She then put me on hold and forgot about me. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received this time. Unfortunately, I would not recommend going to Dr. Lee's office, but in all honesty, most of my dissatisfaction is due to the secretary.

Whomever does the scheduling needs more training. I got 3 calls to move my appointment to an earlier time but I told them I could not but would get there as soon as I am able all 3 times. I get there and the receptionist doesn't have a great grasp of HIPPA as she's announcing to the 2 other persons in the lobby who were waiting for their appointments my information. About 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time I get taken back and the dental assistant takes my x-rays (this was the most pleasant person I dealt with as she was friendly and efficient). then I wait for the doctor to come. She's in there just a few moments later and looks at my x-rays and tells me everything is good, now on to the exam. Once in my mouth she tells me that one of the previous fillings on my molar is ground down and needs to be replaced (cause of course it does). The doctor proceeds to complete my cleaning and it was not GENTLE at all. In fact if she had communicated with me it could have been loads better but man she was totally painful in this cleaning. The doctor was personable and nice but man I do not relish going back.

Worst office to go to, the doctor and her staff just make up cost on procedures. Asked for refund because I had to continue calling to get my refund she charged me for contacting her staff. Is she a lawyer now and charges by the hour. If we would have owed her money she would have sent me to collections. They claim they billed our insurance but canβt produce a proof of it. The entire office lies, we canceled the day after they made the old school molds and claim they were immediately shipped to their lab and they couldnβt cancel anything. When did picking up the phone and calling become so difficult. All her patience should really look over their charges and insurance payments, I believe the office over charges for everything.

First i would like to say that Dr. Lee and her staff are very nice and the wait was never long.
However We went to Dr. Lee two times for routine cleanings and they are very rough. My children age 16 and 12 have never been scared to go to the dentist but after the first cleaning it was so bad that their teeth hurt for days after. They refused to go back to her and i convinced them to go back one more time, it was just as rough. They will not go back again. I know cleanings are not always pleasant but this was really bad.

For the past 2 years I have been Dr. Lee's patient. In March I went there to extract a wisdom tooth. Dr. Lee's husband showed up to do the job! I asked him for his credential, he said that he was a dentist as well and helping her!. He broke my tooth and he had to use special gear to remove the slivers of a broken tooth!
In April Dr. Lee put a cap on one of my lower jaw wisdom tooth. The cap came off!! I went back again two days later, one of her technicians mounted another cap. That cap came off as well!! I was amazed at lack of professionalism and courtesy. I called expressed my outrage and fired her as my dentist!
Then on April 6, I noticed that she had charged my credit card in amount of $850.00 for the cap that had came off!! I have filed a complaint against her practice and illegal charges.

I have not been to a dentist for 6 years. I called to see what the charges would be with no insurance. I went in and filled out paperwork. The staff was very friendly. The put me back right away. As I was waiting for the dentist the staff did my X rays. When the dentist came in she did an exam, looked at my X rays. She was very thorough in her exam. I had asked if they could cement a crown that fell off. She looked at the crown, then the tooth. She put the crown back on and I was done. Probably the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. I am going back for a cleaning next month. I will continue with this office as they did exactly what they said they would do. No up sell, no additional charges, just straight forward. I like that.
