In June of 2018, I needed urgent dental care because one of my teeth had disintegrated and was infected. Dr. Mejia applied her excellent training and used up to the date equipment to diagnose the cause of the problem and make recommendations for treatment and then did a thorough cleaning of the infected tooth. On the next visit, Dr. Mejia performed a root canal with the utmost skill and, to my pleasant surprise, with no pain or discomfort and took measurements for the crown. On the third visit, she installed the crown with mastery, taking care that it aligned perfectly with my other teeth. On the fourth visit in August, her well-trained staff did a deep cleaning of a trouble spot that has given me problems for years. It is now December, and I have experienced no dental problems since. I highly recommend Dr. Mejia and her practice for their training, competence, and skill. They have exceeded my expectations for the quality of their care.

Dr. Mejia has been nothing short of wonderful in all the work that she's done for me, which includes, routine cleanings and check-ups, extractions (wisdom teeth), and fillings. I chipped my veneers and I was so bummed about it, i wasn't even sure if my dentist even works on veeners so I called the office and let them know. They saw me right away and started the process. I have 4 new veneers now and I love them! They look so beautiful and they look so real! I love them even more then my old ones! The staff is friendly, however not very knowledgeable in regards to billing or processing customer requests. I have requested my record several times over the last 6 months and I still do not have my records. I was told my insurance would cover an x-ray and a month later I received a bill for the full amount. I attempted to pay online, because the statement clearly lists a website to pay online. When I go to the website that is on the statement I receive an error that says the dental office has opted out of online payments. The statement should probably be updated to reflect accurate information. It's too bad the office staff has such poor customer service skills, because the other members of the staff are quite pleasant.
