Dr Alissa Ferguson the most caring and professional dentist you could ask for. She has taken care of my mom, sister and me for several years with an array of treatments. I can recommend Dr Ferguson and this clinic without hesitation. She takes a interest in you as a person, which reflects in her excellent dental care that you receive each and every visit.

We had our family of 5 visit Dr. Ferguson and her team at this new office last month. She was so energetic, kind and informative. I had no issues and the doc said to keep up what I was doing. The three kids all had some cavities (we've been avoiding dental work for a year and a half!) and she made them all comfortable and was kind to them the entire time. My husband is a large man who is utterly afraid of the dentist. He was able to get a prescription for his visit and she was nothing but attentive to him to make sure that he was comfortable and didn't hate coming back. We will all return for our 6 month cleanings and I hope the kids have learned some new brushing habits! I would try this office out, they've been established for a long time, but recently moved to this office on 58th and Independence. Hygienists all were kind and did the filings great.

Dr Ferguson is simply amazing. I went to her many years ago after a terrible experience with another highly recommended dentist (a male dentist/owner at a "posh" clinic in also in Arvada). Without even knowing about my previous experience, she was kind, comfortable, funny, and informative. I've trusted her exclusively ever since. I've also recommended her to everyone who will listen and they've all had great experiences- from big burly men, to older adults, to teenaged girls - so I know it's not a fluke!

Dr Alissa Ferguson is the kindest and most caring and professional dentist you could ask for. She is my angel in the dental industry. I have been going to her for over 5 years. I have some complicated health issues and she always helps me navigate the issues and she is always helpful to direct me down the right path.

This is my 1st time ever leaving a review, but I'm very happy to. My 14 yr old dgtr was seen by Dr. Tidwell today. It was our 1st time at this location. My dgtr went reluctantly & I was more nervous for her than I probably should have been bc our experiences with the last dentist left us traumatized with his rough hands. We were extremely impressed with Dr. Tidwell & his assistant Kathy. He took his time explaining everything to both of us in great detail & answered all my questions & concerns. He was knowledgeable, gentle & funny. His calm & patient demeanor put my dgtr at ease. The dental assistant Kathy was great as well. She was friendly & gentle with the x-rays. Although the deep cleaning left her teeth feeling a little sensitive, that's expected with any deep cleanings. This comfort dental location is going to be our new to-go office from now on. Not only for me & my dgtr, but for our whole family.

Came in for an appointment for a teeth cleaning and they made me pay for the cleaning even though i have medicaid because “my insurance doesn’t cover that type of cleaning” I’ve never had this problem before and last i remember medicaid pays for any and all teeth cleaning. Do not come here, they like to scam you and make you pay for things you should not have to pay for.

I will never return to this office for dental care. Immediately, there were issues with rude/unpleasant dental assistants. The woman taking my x-rays was being very rough and aggressively shoving the mouth piece into my mouth, which hurt a lot. Then, she had to retake some x-rays at least 3 times because she wasn’t placing the mouth piece in the correct places. Finally, the dentist came to do my teeth cleaning and she was very rude. I had to ask if I had any cavities because she wasn’t going to mention it herself. Then, she didn’t even specify how many cavities I had and left. I waited for 25 minutes for the dental assistant to come and finish polishing and flossing my teeth. This dental assistant was also very aggressive and hurt my mouth. She also spilled water all over me and didn’t even apologize or offer to get me paper towels. At the end of my appointment, I had to do a fluoride rinse which is something I was unfamiliar with. The assistant didn’t provide any instructions so I had to coerce it out of her. In the next room, I heard the dentist ask the assistant if she set the timer for 1-minute, to which she replied “yes.” This was a lie because I had already been rinsing for 30 seconds when the assistant finally set the timer. Ultimately, if you want pleasant, competent patient care, I highly suggest going elsewhere!

I got a bridge done with Alisha last summer and my teeth look BEAUTIFUL! She always does a fantastic job.

I was made to feel like I had the worst teeth. The technician was rough during the X-rays even after communicating it hurt. The doctor wouldn’t tell me what work needed to be done first and most importantly, she stated “If I tell you, you will cherry pick what you need done.” Well it’s my mouth and if I want to cherry pick I’m going to.
The doctor made me feel if I didn’t spend $4,000 in work immediately then I was a bother. Never going back!
