Our family has been going to Dr. Blatter for over 10 years. We love him and his entire staff! We have had a lot done in addition to regular cleanings -including crowns, veneers, cavity fillings, mouthguards, help with jaw problems, and dental emergencies! The greatest value of Dr. Blatter comes not only from his dental expertise, but the building of a relationship for future dental health. He makes you feel at ease immediately and explains procedures in an understandable manner. In addition, many of the staff have been there many years and always greets us by name- even if we only see them twice a year for our cleanings. I am super picky about who I use for my health wellness and highly recommend Dr. Blatter!!

I loved this practice, until the hygienist told me she would not do my cleanings any more until I got a root plane. We are low income, I can barely pay for the insurance I have now, which offers me 2 free cleanings a year & discounted services. We are now going some place that wants our business.

Unfortunately, I'm a long time patient but feel completely lied to and scammed financially. Filing a complaint with DORA. Insurance changed and I asked if they took the new insurance, I was told yes. Took myself and my children there for cleanings and I received a bill in excess of 150$ . Cleanings are covered by my insurance at 100%. Turns out they are NOT an in-network provider but lied when I asked if they were. This after being over-charged by 400$ on a crown last year. They knowingly over-charged and were going to keep the money even after being informed by the insurance company. Deceptive practices.
