Aurora was very kind and established a comfort level quickly after I arrived, offered a blanket, and was very reassuring. Through the process, she continually asked how I was doing, and managed my care well!

He provides top notch care and is always creative when it comes to unique situations and possible treatment options. Dr. Bowen has a high standard when it comes to the care that he provides his patients and it shows. We trust his expertise and know that we are in great hands every time we are in his chair.

Been going to Southbridge for years. Front desk people are always welcoming, never have to wait long in the lobby. Office is clean and comfortable. My hygienist Halie is extremely friendly, was gentle and thorough in my cleaning. She was even kind enough to let me shadow her because of my interest in pursuing dental hygiene. Overall great experience and I'll continue going here for years to come

My hygienist, Jordan was friendly and was very caring. She knows my tender spots and does her best over the areas. My only question is when the Dr. who did the exam. I've been told the last 2 exams that I had a filling that needs to be redone. He didn't check the area nor tell me that I need the filling to be redone. Now I'm asking myself if the last to check ups were wrong or the Dr this time didn't take the time to check it
