I went to the dentist on a Saturday with extreme tooth pain. Was able to get an evaluation and determine that a previous filing (done by Bright Now Dental) has been done poorly and is still infected. I was told I needed a root canal. Well the only opening they had was for two weeks away. In pain (on meds) decided I’d wait and suffer while I have to. That is all fine. Until I received a horrible phone call from one of the front desk ladies. She asked me how I was and let me know that they have an opening for Tomorrow (Friday). I answered with “Please I would love to.” She then said immediately after that it had already been taken “sorry, have a nice day.” I am extremely confused as to why I would have gotten a phone call in the first place if there is no openings. WHY would someone tease another person like that let alone with something as serious as a tooth infection. WHY did she feel the need to call get my hopes up. You have to be kidding me. I feel betrayed, tricked, lied to, and let down by my dentist office. Sadly my actual dentist did nothing wrong but the receptionist was not very professional resulting in this “bad review”. After reading other reviews it seems like they have some solid schedule issues. Doctor Price did a great job and doesn’t deserve any sort of poor reputation, but just couldn’t give more than 3 stars.

Dentist offices are not where I like to hang out. Actually it freaks me out. From the dental assistants conversation during x rays to the laid back demeanor of the dentist it sure helped calm my nerves a bit. A lot more affordable than our last dentist. The nice thing about the lower cost is that you don't have to sacrifice quality of care in place of cost. Thank you. Troy Williams

The office was closed and I had a crown fall out. I called the oncall number and Dr. Alldredge met me at the office and saved the day. The staff is always friendly and professional. I give them 5 star service!

Why is there a dog in a medical office. If you need a comfort animal that's fine, but work in a field where people are not subjected to these nasty little creatures. Some people are allergic or uncomfortable with your creatures and should not have to put up with dental techs carrying them around and office then sticking their hands in a mouth. A little profesionalism is expected when going to a dentist.
Update: My wife took our daughter in for a check up and found the staff sitting on a biohazard box eating lunch. Biohazard!!!

They accept Medicaid and the service seems to be equal to other Dental offices that do not except Medicaid. Service has always been very good and they have late appointment times that others don't offer.

I have an extremely hard time with the dentist. Ever since I was younger going to the dentist is hard for me because I have such bad anxiety. Most of these places anymore make fun of me rather than help me. Dr. Murray extracted my tooth extremely fast. I felt super comfortable for sure.

If you are si8my cleaning your teeth this place may be fine but i had a tooth extracted here and now months later after they fractured my jaw i am having to pay hundreds of dollars to someone else to fix their crappy uncaring work. Avoid this place if your smart. Also when i tried to call them about my experience they were rude and told me that they did not care. RUN

I recommended my boss and his wife and my sister to Dr. Price and they loved him. His bedside manner is as great as his professional treatment. My boss says he is the best dentist he has ever had and my sister calls him an angel. HE IS AN AWESOME DENTIST.

Google should allow us to give ZERO STARS! My wife had been dealing with some swelling in her gums that was causing her pain. She was referred to this Comfort Dental by another Comfort Dental for a root canal. My wife called on 6/5/2019 to schedule an appoint to have the work completed. The receptionist told her they, "couldn't get her in this Friday, it will be the next Friday." To me this means that the appointment would be scheduled for 6/14, with 6/7 being the "this Friday" they were referring to. My wife shows up for her appointment on 6/14 and is told that it is next Friday 6/21. How inconvenient for the patient is it that the scheduler could not be competent enough to confirm the date of the treatment?! The actions of the staff when the phone call was made to address the situation shows that there isn't a single competent employee in the Comfort Dental "family". The only joy Comfort Dental has brought my family is the satisfaction of dragging the Comfort Dental name through the mud as our story is told to every other endodontist in the area trying to get some kind of timely treatment. This office is a complete joke and my family and I will never use or refer anyone to another Comfort Dental at all. The next steps will be to make a complaint against Comfort Dental with my insurance company and another complaint with the BBB. Great job Comfort Dental!!!!!
