My experience with the work I got done was great, but as I was getting my work done the assistant Laura (98% sure that was her name) and Dr.Lindsay were discussing how I had taken more time to get my insurance to help me cover the fees in comparison to how long it took them to get the actual dental work done. At this point the assistant thought I didn’t understand English because I had requested to speak to someone that spoke Spanish when making my appointments, etc. The doctor and assistant BOTH speak Spanish and while getting my work done they were speaking English between each other because they thought I didn’t understand. Highly dissatisfied that this was the treatment I received from these people while they were working on my teeth.

Dr. Joe was fantastic with my daughter! He was so patient and kind. The dental assistant was also amazing with her- during a rough procedure! Love this staff!

I have had a lot of dental work done in my life and Dr. Lindsey was by far the most efficient and thorough dentist I have ever had! I was referred to him for a root canal and planned on taking the rest of the day off from work but he did such an amazing job that I went back to work after my appointment. I never felt any pain or discomfort and the process went very quickly. The office was very nice, clean and all of the personnel were very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this dental office!

Comfort dental braces is like family. Wonderful atmosphere,knowledgeable,and friendly staff! Makes our nervous 9 year old daughter feel comfortable and at ease with every visit. Very pleased with the excellent customer service we receive from Mercedes! Highly recommended!

I went here 3 years ago and the dentist tried to give me 4 or 5 fillings on the first visit. I generally don't have issues with cavities, so Out of suspicion I left while he was with another patient. Since then I have gone to two other dentists for second and third opinions and have only needed ONE cavity filling. No other cavities to mention as of my latest x-ray last week (3 years later!!). Don't sacrifice your teeth here.

Hands down, Karen, is my absolute favorite person to work with!! I She is very attentive, caring, a great listener, works well with the doctors, and serious about the work she is doing. I actually only ever worked with Karen. Except once, I did work with Trey and he is good too. Thank you, also, to Mercedes. She is a very joyful person. Her hair always looks so cute and she is always smiling. It's always refreshing to see her smile, even through this pandemic. Thank you, also, to Dr. Sam. I was nervous because I had been working with Dr. Snyder for most of my visits and was nervous about the transition of doctors, but it turned out to be good. He has nice conversations during visits and works very well with his staff. This is highly important to me because how you treat your staff will tell me how you would treat me. I think having a group of people who work together as a team makes the business run smoothly.

This location isnt all what people say they are. I ended up having to go to another dentist for a dry socket issue (to anyone who has had a dry socket knows how painful it is), swelling and a fever cause they had no openings for over a week and would not do anything for the pain I was in. The tooth was infected and didnt even give me antibotics and now my gums are infected and are cause other teeth problems. Plus the dentist just got up after he was done and left without saying anything. Wish I didnt have to give them 1 star to post this. I have been to a few location of comfort dental and this by far was the worse experience.

This comfort dental was beyond hospitable . Very friendly , professional and comforting environment. They had great customer service . Would definitely recommend bringing your kids here!
