Piney Creek Family Dentistry

I had a great experience. I needed a regular Dentist since I am new to Colorado. Piney Creek has a very nice office, super professional staff, and welcoming. I love how clean everything is as well. My dental hygienist was VERY knowledgeable along with Dr. Fritz. Definitely coming here as long as I live in Colorado!!

The care and dedication of the staff has kept me coming here for the past 5 years. Great place to hang out for an hour! Thanks everyone!!

Dr. Fritz and her staff are all super sweet and very accommodating. A few times I've had to bring my toddler daughter with me and they didn't mind that she sat in her stroller next to the dental chair. All of my appointments have always gone so smoothly without any issues. I definitely recommend Piney Creek Family Dentistry.

My dentist of some 30 years retired, and Dr. Fritz came highly recommended by my daughter's pediatric dentist. I found the office warm and inviting -- it even smelled good. Staff members (shout-outs to Nayzi at the front desk, and hygienist Candi) were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Their technology and equipment were state of the art, and each treatment area has a TV if you are seeking distraction. Dr. Fritz herself is competent, capable, authoritative, and understanding -- on top of just being a really nice person. I am so lucky to have found them.

Excellent all-around experience! Extremely friendly staff, attentive and very gentle hygienist, and excellent dentist. Love the option to watch Netflix during the cleaning. I highly recommend Dr. Fritz's team!

DO NOT COME HERE! WORST DENTAL OFFICE. Under no circumstances do ever allow them to do any procedures on you until they get an approval from your insurance first that your procedure is covered!!!! They will lie and later make you pay because whatever they say might not be covered. I walked in last year for a checkup and they told me I need scaling and irrigation because I have boneless. Apparently I needed this intense cleaning procedure. They gave me a sheet of paper with the cost breakdown and told me that my insurance will cover most of it. I only agreed because I was ok with paying my small portion, and the rest was going to be covered by insurance. I ended up paying around $250 out of pocket. $770 should have been covered by insurance. So, my insurance doesn’t see any bone loss in the x-ray documentation and they refuse to pay. They are saying there is no bone loss. Hannah is absolutely useless at the front desk. My insurance told me she refuses to send documentation they are asking for. I had to call back and forth numerous times until this year because she doesn’t know how to do her job. They LIED to me about having bone loss just so they can take my money. Hannah said they will have a phone conversation with the insurance to provide more proof and that was a lie as well. That call never happened. Why should she bother, she got my $770. My insurance lady told me how Hannah said to her that they finally got me to pay and was laughing. Well, threatening me with collections, of course I’ll pay. They also refused to work with me to lower that cost when I asked them. The good reviews on here must be fake or paid for. My friends that recommended this place won’t be coming back. BE AWARE!! MAKE THEM run your suggested procedure through your insurance first and make sure it will get paid before you allow them to do anything!!! Also, the 2nd technician was absolutely horrible, I had the worst pain the entire time she was cleaning my teeth.

Great staff! Excellent team! They all work together to make a comfortable experience. They are all friendly and explain things. Whether it be about your teeth or the billing, they truly take the time to make sure you understand, feel welcome, and that all your teeth needs are met.

I took my daughter into Piney Creek for a cleaning, X-rays and to have an area of concern checked into after our previous dentist left the area. The office was very clean, the receptionist immediately acknowledged our presence, and the hygenist came out to get her when we were in the office for no longer than five minutes! My daughter was very comfortable with the hygienist (Kayleen), and Dr. Fritz took plenty of time with us to answer questions. So glad to have found this amazing office in our area!

Always friendly and professional. Modern and comfortable. They don’t “sell” anything you don’t need and their professional contacts for other dental services (periodontist) are equally fantastic. I went to another dentist closer to my house last year, but ended up coming back. They are that great.

They were efficient with getting me in on time for my appointment. The assistant was informative about the condition of my teeth and gums and offered suggestions to improve health. She was gentle and thorough with the cleaning. They asked about personal items with a friendly conversation. The dentist was just as helpful and discussed all my concerns.
