I used to love this office until I had a crown that has come off twice. Unfortunately it’s now loose and I was told since I don’t have my usual dental insurance that I had to go see some stranger for this crown problem that has been persistent. Dr. Gluekert SHOULD stand by her work PERIOD! I’m extremely disappointed by the call I received from Ashley this morning and her informing me she canceled my appointment for tomorrow. They won’t apply for the dental insurance I have now “because it doesn’t pay Very Much.” That is extremely unbelievable!

I had to reschedule my regular cleaning further out than I liked, so they put me on the "call" list; they called and got me in sooner. Dental Hygienist Taylor was excellent -- analyzed my condition, called for Dr. Gluekert to confirm, and together they came up with a plan to save my mouth! I love Audubon Dental. I feel like Dr. Gluekert really cares, and knows me, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It's such a comfort, knowing I am in good hands.

A wonderful visit from start to finish. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. I don’t enjoy going to the dentist generally, but I left with a smile on my face because of how smoothly the appointment went. They were very accommodating, professional, and super thorough with all their precautions given the whole Covid situation. I highly recommend!

I had to switch dentists because of insurance coverage issues. A new doctor/dentist is always a bit of a gamble. I had a great experience on my first appt. I really felt like they "get" the state my teeth and mouth are in and where the challenges lie. Also, everybody is very friendly and very capable. Often times it feels like there is a disconnect between the front office staff and dental staff in many offices. I didn't get that vibe here. The front office staff is very responsive, knows how to work with various insurance providers in an effective way, and is very helpful..

My daughter and I went in today for a first time visit. What a wonderful experience! The entire staff is so pleasant and knowledgable!! Dr. G. is kind and really took her time with us. Best experience I've ever had at a dentist... and I'm 50!!
