1st time meeting Dr. Steele. She is a true professional. I am a super nervous person whenever I go to see a dentist. Dr. Steele and staff have the patience and care to keep me comfortable and calm. Definitely will keep coming back.

I went to dentist with terrible pain in my jaw, rated my pain 10/10, tooth was split in two. Hurt like that for close to a month, dentist did not care for my pain nor if I had an infection. Very displeased with this place. They don't care for their patients. Go elsewhere. Wish I never wasted my time going here, caused me more suffering and money.

I had an emergency , Moeller cracked to nerve they tried to save it , but was not possible . They ended up pulling it the girls made extra effort into making a very painful procedure as comfortably possible .. I drive a truck and was only going to be there one day ... They made room for me ..thks Audubon dental staff .

This is the third time I have visited the office. It’s very aesthetically pleasing and clean. All of the staff members make me feel welcome and relaxed about my visit. I have experienced little to no waiting time and my hygienist is always very thorough when cleaning my teeth. They have email and text reminders so you don’t have to worry about forgetting your appointments. I highly recommend Dr. Hackett and his staff!

While traveling in the area, the tooth I broke a few months back decided that even breathing as going to hurt. I am typically terrified of the dentist so I put everything off until it's unmanageable anymore. I could no longer put this tooth pain off. I called and they were able to get me in for an appointment that afternoon. I am visibly anxious as soon as I walk into the waiting room. The dental assistant was literally the best I've ever seen. She kept making me laugh so much that I forgot where I was located. She took my x-rays and handed me off to the dentist to get the problem tooth pulled. They were willing to give me gas to calm me down and even allowed me to have my ear buds in to drown out the dentist noises during the procedure. If I lived in the area, I would make this my regular dentist based on this experience.

I love the dentures they made for me! The office is always neat, clean and welcoming. The staff at the front desk are very kind and helpful. The dental assistants were thorough, knowledgeable and very sweet. Dr Hackett knows his stuff! I felt like I was visiting friends and was ALWAYS smiling bigger after my appointment because they took such good care of me. I highly recommend them. Two thumbs up and 5 stars and a big toothy smile!!!!!

I received a denture implant about 6 years ago. I’m very happy with my smile now and how well the staff treat me as a client. I have had some ups and downs with 2 implant failures. I had one replaced successfully. I need a bone graft to fix the other…
But Dr Tackett continues to help me work through my issues, in a professional, caring manner.
