Powers Dental has been my dental group for almost 30 years. They always get me in quickly, even faster if I need urgent care! Everyone there is kind and respectful. I see Dr. Elmer and he is excellent, however all the dentists there are experienced professionals I trust. I have been going here for about 3 years. Every time I go in they “Find” work to be done. Feels more like work cleaning my wallet.
On my last visit they decide work needed to be done on two teeth. Costing my life insurance about $3000 and me about $1200. After completing the casting for a crown, I noticed pain in the tooth. This required more money and a referral to their endontist. I will forever believe the nerve was damaged purposely but never able to prove it.
Then I returned to have the crown placed. The next dentist didn’t use anything for pain just ground the surface to mount the crown. His assistant jabbed the suction tube against my gum line and it still hurts.
I will never return and would never recommend this practice to my worst enemy.
So now to add insult these people have sent me another $22 bill for the services I paid for!
