Springs Dental Care

Katelyn and Jamie were so nice to me when I came into the office. I've seen both Dr. Sites and Dr. Rush which both explained my treatment and made sure I understood everything needed. Becky and Amanda made me feel comfortable because I was super nervous. Kendall the hygienist did an amazing job on my cleaning. I am so happy with this office and new staff. I highly recommend them!

As someone who struggles to keep up with their dental health due to severe anxiety of being in the chair, Springs Dental Care shows the upmost compassion and care with their clients. I've been to a few other offices due to insurance restrictions and I'm so glad that I'm finally able to come back to this office. From the front office staff, to the assistants/hygienists to even the doctors themselves...it's very clear that each person cares about you and your concerns and you're not just next in line.

Dr. Sites is great. The rest of the staff is terrible, careless, inexperienced, and not sanitary.

First, I had to go in 3 times to get sealant on my teeth and it wasn’t done properly the first two times… not even sure if it was done right the third time. The staff seems to be very inexperienced and careless.

I recently went to get my teeth cleaned and they 2 ladies stood their complaining about the different tools in each room. Then when they started working on my cleaning the first lady just complained about the permanent retainer my orthodontist put in. I am happy to have it and don’t have any problems with it. So she chose to not even deal with it or try to floss it because it was too annoying for her.

During this cleaning, the other lady complained about how tired she was since it was after lunch. This was terrifying to hear and it definitely showed in how she treated me. She didn’t even floss the rest of my teeth even tho the other lady told her to. She was very careless and didn’t even polish all of my teeth. Then when it came to fluoride she got more on my lips and gums then on my teeth. She didn’t put it on multiple teeth on the right side of my mouth.

Not to mention this lady was touching literally everything else in the room with the same gloves she had on while being in my mouth. Before and after being in my mouth. Not convinced she even knew what she was doing cause she had to keep moving everything. When she walked me out, she kept the same gloves on, stopping to finish filling out my paperwork against the wall in the hall way… why not do it in the room? Did she ever even change her gloves?

I have healthy gums and teeth, not cavities or problems. These 2 ladies did not care about anything they were doing and just tried to rush me out the door. Worst dental experience ever… definitely do not recommend this place unless you actually need the Dr to do work for you.

I've been going to Springs Dental Care for many years but this was my first visit with Dr. Sites since he took over the practice approximately six months ago. He and his staff were very pleasant and thorough. I will return.

Had an x-ray upon initial appt in SEP 2022. Routine check-up 6 months later, and they did another set of x-rays. I have no serious dental issues and the industry standard is x-rays every 12-24 months.
I only realized this when my insurance wouldn’t cover it. It’s only $41, but this reads to me as an unnecessary up charge in order to generate revenue, not provide quality of care. So yeah, I’ll pay it, because I should know the limits of my coverage. But now I’m also looking for a new dentist in place of this sheep shearer. (Even if it was covered by insurance, on the aggregate, this behavior is what causes growing premiums and overall inflation.).

I am a long time Springs Dental Care patient. My former dentist retired and I saw Dr. Sites. He is new there and I felt very comfortable and well cared for during two recent visits. I highly recommend Springs Dental Care.

I used to like going here, but they keep changing dentist at my very first appointment 2 years ago I thought I had scheduled with Dr. Cea only to find out that he sold the practice when I arrived at my appointment with no prior notification and that I would be seeing Dr.Deleon and then my recent appt. same thing happened I thought I was going to see Dr.Deleon, but when I arrived I was told she was no longer there and that it is now Dr.Sites also he was out on the day of my appt. so I didn’t even get to meet him and I did not receive any type of notification about it either I would have rescheduled my appt. to a day the dentist was there as well I will be looking elsewhere. My tooth has also been hurting since my last cleaning it normally never hurts this bad.

Great group of friendly people from the front desk to the Dentist! The team did a wonderful job sharing the processes they were taking and creating friendly conversations to put me at ease. The hygienist was great! She was very efficient and attentive to my needs. Highly recommend the team here!
