Springs Dental Care

I've been a long-time patient and there has been some turnover during the past few years, but this hasn't diminished the service and connection with the staff. I am pleased that even the younger staff somewhat new to the profession, take time to explain procedures and make one feel at ease.

It is not the same as when Dr Cea was there. I also miss my old dentist assistant. The people are ok, but are not personal. They do not give you mouthwash to rinse after your cleaning, nor it is on the counter like it used to be with disposable paper cups. Also, never do they give you a toothbrush and toothpaste to take home like when Dr Cea did. When they do a cleaning it is no longer the comfort I felt before. I’m dissatisfied to say the least. Looking for a new dentist office.

Smaller business with a great dentist! We were patients of Dr Cea for years and were sad to see him go. Dr Deleon is so friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate her conservative approach with my kiddos and her ability to talk to them directly on their level about oral health. The hygienist were both wonderful and friendly. The front of house staff is welcoming and efficient. We will be back for sure.

Return to glory! They went through a bit of rough spot over the last year but that's all resolved now and back to their former glory! Great experience, on time, in and out. No silly business and honest assessments.

Everyone was professional and friendly. Dentist actually cleaned my teeth. He said the hygienist would do further cleanings but he wanted to meet me and take a look at my teeth and not just rely on X-rays. He was informative and explained his findings. It was a good experience, close to my home and I have already scheduled my next cleaning.

Excellent dental cleaning experience with Kendall today. She's knowledgeable, thorough and did the job without making me uncomfortable.

Overall not a bad experience, they just seem fairly disorganized. I’m new to the area so I decided to pick a dentist close to home and they had a promotion for free whitening pens with new patients.

I went in and the staff was friendly and the office itself was really nice. Got my teeth cleaned and checked on, they took a lot of X-rays and everything was good enough for the appointment.

When asked about the promotion for getting the whitening pens no one seemed to know what I was referring to. I thought it was pretty strange, like maybe no other patients had asked about it before? Oh well. I went to leave and was stopped while getting into my car. Someone had figured out what I was talking about and they would make time for my impressions. Great! Went back in and waited a while, got them done, was told it would maybe 2 weeks for them to get them cast. Totally fine.

I called 2 weeks later to ask for an update and the lady who answered said there was no update and they would call me when they were done. Okay again, not a huge deal. I called 2 weeks after that and after speaking with a different lady she said that they had been done since the day after my original appointment and someone must have forgotten to call me.

When I picked them up there was only one whitening pen. I asked the front staff about it as the website says you get 2 pens, then after your next 6 month appointment you get 2 more. She said you only get the one and refills are $20 each. (Just checked the site which still states 2) She gave me a brief run down of how to use it, no written instructions or anything which also seemed odd. I left with just the one pen.

It was overall just a weird experience of lack of communication and knowing your own businesses promotions. Still debating on if I would go back but since nothing but the demeanor of the staff and office itself was overly impressive, maybe not. But again the staff was super nice!

Had a great experience with Springs Dental Care, (As great as you can ay a dentist). Dr. DeLeon and staff were very attentive, and her choice of atmospheric distraction was perfect! The front desk was both friendly and professional and my waiting room time was less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend Springs Dental Care to all my family and friends.

I’m so sad to have to write this review because my family has been going to Springs Dental for almost 20 years. Since Dr Cea sold the practice (and all of his staff left) the place has really fallen apart. They are completely disorganized and the staff makes no effort to relationship build and barely even talks to you. I knew the hygienists with Dr Cea, we talked about our kids and what’s going on in our lives. It always felt like going to see friends and the bonus was getting my teeth cleaned!

My appointment started 20 mins late. No apologies for the delay. The hygienist I had was so rough while cleaning my teeth, pinching and pulling my lip, knocking the metal part of the cleaning wand against my teeth the whole time. I had to ask for suction because she would never offer it. It was like she didn’t know what she was doing at all and it was incredibly awkward because she made no attempt at apologizing for the pinching or roughness when I mentioned it to her. Then the Dentist came in and brought her assistant (tech?) with her. The tech started rambling on having a personal conversation with the Dentist and even said the word “shit” twice! I couldn’t believe how unprofessional the whole experience was. Then it took the Dentist FOREVER to check and finish the cleaning of my teeth. I’m used to a cleaning appointment lasting 45 mins max. I was in the office 1 hour and 45 mins! When I checked out I explained why I would not be rescheduling and cancelled the appointments for my 4 kids and then signed the release for my records. After almost 20 yrs I said “good-bye” to Springs Dental because it will never be the same.

What an absolutely amazing experience at Springs Dental Care today! From such a warm greeting from Leah at the front desk, to the best hygienist, Lori, then to the dental assistants,Claire and Ashely, to end my day with one of the best Dentist, Dr. Deleon! I had a lot of dental work done and Dr. DeLeon was so kind, compassionate, gentle and so caring! Claire was the assistant during my procedure and she was such a great assistant during this!
