Worst part about going to any dentist, when they come at you with those foot long needles. Close your eyes, let them watch for you.
This dentist and his staff know their stuff. Dr F makes perfect crowns and has a lot of knowledge and experience. Selena, Betty and other staff is caring and professional. Highly recommend.
Second worst part of dentistry, the bill. Close your eyes for that too ;

I came in with a bad toothache I’d had for a week that was getting worse every day. After cat scans, multiple x rays on that side of my jaw, and an inspection from the dentist, he told me there’s nothing wrong and nothing to be done.
The treatment he suggested was I get a $400 mouth guard to sleep with to ameliorate tooth clenching. I went ahead with it, they took a mold of my teeth, and they told me to come in two days later. Two days later, I get in and it’s like they never saw me. They tried to take cat scans again, and I told them I’d had it two days ago. They tried to take x rays again with the same result. They said they don’t have anything on record for me, despite being there just two days ago.
Not only that, it turns out they don’t even have the mouth guard, and wouldn’t have it for a month! They told me to come back again in two days for literally nothing, except to waste my time apparently. And they never told me it would be a month till getting the mouth guard, or I would have never wasted the money. My tooth hurts now, and they’re doing nothing to help.
In the meantime, I still have a toothache, no treatment in sight, and I have to find a *real* dentist somewhere else. All in all, a total waste of money and time to come here, and them entirely losing all my cat scans and x rays in only two days on top of wasting my time for no reason doesnt fill me with confidence in terms of their competence and acumen. Avoid this place

Place is always clean and the folks are nice. They get booked up pretty far so just make sure you don't need a cleaning like, tomorrow or something. Call a few weeks ahead.

I’ve gone to Fainberg Dental (Formerly Hilltop Dental) for the past several years, and always have a good experience. Dr. Fainberg provides excellent care, as well as his staff. The hygienist, Tim, is extremely thorough and I feel he sincerely cares about my oral health. If you’re looking for a positive dental experience, look no further than Fainberg Dental!! Dr. Fainberg has a great team!!

Been going here for seven years. Everyone that works on the teeth side of things are excellent. They do great work and care who you are. They make the insurance side something you don;t have to deal with, I love the technology side too. Last year they moved to a new location it's a lot bigger and a lot more professional best dentist I've ever been to.

Always have a no- or at least very minimal pain experience. Tim is an excellent hygienist. Dr Fainberg is very efficient and accurate. All staff very pleasant. Highly recommended.

I do not like going to the dentist, like most people.. But let me tell you the staff at Fianberg are so cool & understanding.. Everybody helps where need... But the El Jefe, is amazing.. Really care's about his clients, he listens when you let him know what's going on in your grill. Good people. Been going there for almost 3yrs now.. Oh boy, don't even get me started on the hygienist... He is a joy to talk & man his personality rubs off on everyone... Good People
