First was great and everyone was friendly. Now that we came back for our second visit not so much. 2 weeks ago my husband called to say he was there and no callback he waited and waited and finally left as Amy didn't put his name down. Then today I came in for my appointment that I made 6 months ago and they put the date wrong on my appointment. I told Amy today that maybe this dentist isn't our place and she said that's fine like no biggie. I make my appointments based off the clinic I work for so I know which days I can come in. Thanks Amy for making an easy choice to find a different dentist.

I've been coming here for a few years now and had several different hygienists. They have all done a great job and made me feel comfortable. The dentist has a very gentle touch when I need to have work done and has fixed problems that were created by a prior dentist. And the front office staff is always friendly and helpful.

We visited Summit Dental Group recently after my son had a playground accident at the end of the business day. Although SDG isn’t a pediatric dental group by speciality and we aren’t “normal” patients (just visiting Summit Co), Dr. Bryan, his assistant Karen, and the office staff were AMAZING. They welcomed us right in, triaged my son’s tooth, and even got us in touch with an equally amazing pediatric dentist first thing the next morning for a follow up. Highly recommend this practice!!
