I had a dental emergency while visiting Durango. Contacting Dr. Brown's office, I learned from Sheena that she had forwarded the office # to her phone and answered as she was caught in a snow road blockage. When she arrived at the office she had already followed up on the info I had given her and made an immediate appointment for me. I headed down and when there I found that she, Diane and Dr. Brown are great. He examined my teeth professionally and expertly. He explained everything that he was doing and patiently listened to me and answered my dumb questions. After providing the initial therapy painlessly, he contacted my dentist at home, forwarding exam results, images and a summary. I'm grateful for his compassionate and expert care.

The current staff Dr. Brown, Diane, Kate, Mekenna, Sheena are always so friendly and make you feel so comfortable and welcome. The office is cozy, welcoming and doesn't have that funky dental smell. No high pressure upsales either. They are HIGHLY recommended.

Number one dentist in the four corners area. He has always taken time to explain any procedures and any options available. He has always been available for any dental emergency that I might have had after hours or during regular hours he has made time available. I had years of dental neglect before I met Dr. Haynes. Now, I have no problem going for dental checkups or procedures.
He has a pleasant and knowledgeable staff that is there always to help you. I would never consider going anywhere else.
