Thanks Michelle! I had not been able to see Dr. Lacey for 2 yrs. due to my insurance. I changed my insurance and just had my check up with Dr. Lacey. In those 2 yrs.away I developed stains on my lower front teeth which the other dentists office told me they could not remove. I was so delighted when I got home an saw that Michelle had completely removed them all!! I'm so thankful to be back with Dr. Lacey and his team. Thanks again!

I was so disappointed in this dentist office. They have been incredibly unprofessional and didn’t know what they were doing with my Invisalign treatment. I spent money on a treatment that was done incorrectly. Tray’s weren’t fitting correctly but instead of finding the problem and adjusting they just ended the treatment - incomplete. This was verified by a different dentist and an orthodontist. I tried calling and going in to get the problems fixed but they don’t answer their phone or return calls. The only excuse I got when I went in is that they are busy and short handed. They don’t have a receptionist or answer their phone and instead send a text asking what they can help with but then don’t call back. So frustrating!

My dental hygienist was incredibly thorough yet gentle. The office has state of the art equipment for x-rays. I would talk about the lobby but I didn't even get a chance to sit down as my hygienist was waiting for me when I showed up for my appointment and took me straight back. I would highly recommend San Juan Smiles as a dentist office.

The office has no one working the front desk and we have had billing issues with my husband for the past year. The office manager keeps trying to charge us for my husbands appointment when it should all be going to our dental insurance. The first time was with COVID and a missing check. The second time they are saying it is becuase my husband rescheduled his appointment and they scheduled him before his 6 months. I asked "why didn't you help him with scheduling and looking at his dates?" Response was "they can't do that for every call"....uhm I am pretty sure that is a major part of your job description and helping a customer. Also, the office manager tried very hard to have me complete dental work on a tooth we were just "keeping an eye on" that was over two years ago and nothing has come about my tooth that we are "keeping an eye on." I do like the hygenists and the modern equipment, but their customer service is lacking.
