Absolutely, by far, the best dentist practice I have ever been to!! With very short notice, they scheduled two “urgent” appointments for me in the same week. In the month of November, in support of military veterans, they didn’t charge me anything!! Try to beat that:)

Dr. Reed got me in on VERY short notice, twice recently to deal with a cap that had come off, and separately, another cap that chipped. Both were installed by a previous dentist. Both Dr. Reed and his assistant Jen were fantastic. They were incredibly responsive and took care of things quickly, professionally, and knowledgably-- both times. The front desk is also very enjoyable to work with.

The parking lot surface is heated, so no snow or ice! Beautifully decorated office. Clean. Televisions on the ceiling to occupy your brain and ease worries. Super pleasant staff. Large waiting room. Dr. Reed is friendly and sympathetic. Tiny camera shows cavities!

Staff was friendly & unhurried. Dr Reed was also unhurried, drew pictures of my condition to help me understand my treatment optionsn including not treating at all. Office staff helpful & knowledge about insurance options. Big office, several patients being treated at once. Clean & welcoming.

I have gone to Dr Mann since he started practicing in Durango. He was off so I saw Dr Reed for my broken tooth—just a day and a half after it broke! He was pleasant and helpful. The women at the desk were also pleasant and efficient trying to figure out if I could use my new insurance dental coverage for the crown I will get from Dr Mann in a few weeks.
