Had an abscessed tooth cause some severe swelling and pain. They got me in the next day and took x-rays and had my teeth numbed and pulled in just over an hour. Everyone was super friendly and kind, very clean and professional. Highly recommend coming here.

This was my first-time experience with Durango Dentistry. It has been an excellent experience so far (although there is a lot more dentistry yet to come, which will be the real litmus test). Essence, Fawn, Carrie, Britney, Caitlyn, and Dr. Mann were all very personable and helpful.
They have good responsiveness and engagement via phone and text. Good website too.
The facility is large, clean, and comfortable. Thoughtful, patient-centric touches include complimentary water in the waiting area, quiet office radio, two TVs in the exam room (one above the patient chair on the ceiling, and with Bluetooth headphones available!), lumbar massage in the patient chair, etc. My dental situation is challenging due to many years of teeth grinding, and Dr. Mann reviewed my X-rays on a big TV screen with me and readily discussed options. He was patient, understanding, honest, down-to-earth, and comfortingly confident, without being egotistical or dismissive. Great combo. While it would've been nice to get a cavity rectified in the same visit, I think my diagnosis took up all the flex time he probably had, so no biggie. (They did schedule me for a cavity-filling, just 2 days later though!)
It is only the kick-off of the ball game for me, so to speak, and I can't [yet] speak to their complex dentistry capability, their pricing, financing, or their ability to work with insurers.
FYI: Also, while at least one web search for "CEREC providers in Durango" (a.k.a. for the relatvely new "1-day" crowns), listed Durango Dentistry as a provider, they have JUST purchased the CEREC scanning/imaging device (and haven't received any training yet), and they do not anticipate having the actual 3-D CEREC crown fabrication device on-site in the near future. Also FYI, Dr. Mann's regular, non-emergency, office schedule is 4 days a week (not 5), and which is the same as my other long-time dentist in Durango. It's maybe not ideal given how busy everybody is, but it's certainly not a deal-breaker for me either!

Staff is wonderful!! All are kind and professional. Every visit feels like I am being pampered at a spa. Massage chairs to sit/lay on, blanket to cover you, TV on the ceiling and headphones to listen. All of the staff is so nice!!! Highly recommend.
