Wonderful experience from the very first phone call. I was having throbbing tooth pain and my husband called the dentist office. We had never been there before and they gave me an appointment the very next day. They actually worked me in. I need a root canal, and he gave me three choices. I chose to have him do it. I went in on a Friday afternoon and they worked me in for Monday at noon. I have not been there yet for my root canal but I am so thankful at how caring and thoughtful they are. A lot of offices would be grumbling about working someone in, they greeted me with smiles and we’re very happy to help. I will update later on my root canal. Oh, one more thing the dentist was very gentle and caused me no pain during the exam! I am so glad we have found a dentist in our area at last!

They do an excellent job explaining all the procedures to be performed and I have never had any issues with any dental work. Very pleased with all they have done for me. Highly recommended.

They are awesome! We had a "family visit" for myself, my 6 year old, my 4 year old, AND my 3 year old! They were great! It was quite literally, a painless visit, and nobody had any cavities! They were so accommodating, and great with my kids! I'm so thankful that they allow me to get us all in at once!

Great as usual. Realize today that I've been there 15 years and so is Sharlena. Dr Smith is always taking care of me referred me once out for a wisdom tooth extraction to an oral surgeon which went really well and has got me in twice for a couple of emergencies I love this place

I love this dental experience. David Smith is extremely skilled. The first time I went after working on my teeth Dr. Smith put his hands together and did a little bow. Peaceful space. He laughs a lot but is a quiet soul enjoying his artistry. His staff is busy but I nice.

Always a pleasant experience going to Florence Family Dentistry. Comfortable office and friendly personnel. The hygenist always shows an interest in you and makes sure your questions are answered. Dr. Smith is awesome and tries to get you in as soon as possible when you are having a problem. Would definitely recommend!
