This is an amazing group of individuals. Dr. Smith was both personable and professional...so friendly. The team also worked to get my X-rays from my previous dentist office, so I wouldn't have to go through bitewings unnecessarily. Also, while my previous dentist recommended a filling replacement, Dr. Smith said it was unnecessary and could wait. Thank you so much! See you in six months!

Top notch dentistry. I had to have an emergency tooth extraction and Dr. Smith coaxed my tooth out gently and painlessly. Having a severe fear of the dentist due to traumatic events I was surprised how calm I felt during my visit. The receptionist was personable, genuine and a great listener and that set a calm and relaxing tone for the whole visit. The woman who took my x-rays was quick yet relaxed. Had a motherly concerned for my comfort. Dr. Smith also had a calm and genuine demeanor. All my questions were answered. The hygienist was thorough and extremely gentle (even for someone like me with sensitive teeth and receding gums). Everyone treated me like family. In all my years of being terrified of the dentist this was the most pleasant experience I have had in my entire life. I am so grateful for having found this practice. Life changing.

Great friendly staff.. doctor is amazing.. Explains everything and is willing to help with what possible to ensure great teeth health. Staff is very knowledgeable with insurance benefits and any upcoming procedures. I honestly hate having dental work done but they made it very comfortable. Highly recommend them!!

My first visit with Florence Family Dentistry was a very good experience. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. I had a terrible tooth issue and Dr. Smith handled it so well and fixed my issue. It was unexpected and he went ahead and took the time to fix it. I've never felt better.
