Everyone has been very nice. Doing their best to make me comfortable.

They botched my molar and then would not refund my money. The owner wanted MORE money to fix it but having proven inadequate I wanted to go to a different dentist. They were NOT willing to give me a refund. After alerting the Better Business Bureau they put my refund into an account that only they have access to. When I said that I needed either cash or a check, they stopped communicating. I STRONGLY WARN: Find a dentist that has better business scruples.

Dr. Dinh is awesome. Very professional, huge attention to detail, and a great bed side manner. Honestly the best experience I have ever had at a dental office. the entire experience was top notch, and the price was very reasonable. I would suggest anyone in the Denver metro to visit Lakewood modern Dentistry for your dental needs. Can't say enough good things about this place.

Went here numerous times, some good experiences but never a great one. Technicians often dropped things in my mouth and such. Then my last visit they tried to schedule me for two root canals that my next dentist was able to help fix without needing even one root canal. Saved me a couple thousand dollars and a lot pain and time.

!!!SCAM ALERT!!!

My wife went here for the first time today and, like many others who reviewed here, had unnecessary and frivolous services recommended, none of which would be covered by insurance. When she declined the services they refused to provide her with a regular cleaning.

There is no reputability here. They're a complete cash grab and ought to be shut down by whatever authority governs dental practices.

I am new to this area and am terrified of going to the dentist from previous experiences. This was my first time seeing a dentist in a couple years. This was my first visit to this office/dentist and I have to say, everyone from the Receptionist to the DA, Dentist etc. was amazingly friendly and professional. They could tell I was nervous and they all treated me with exceptional care and went over all my options with me very clearly. I cannot thank them enough. I will be a patient for as long as I am in this area and have already recommended them to others. Also, I’m sure all the dentists are great here but the one I visited was Dr. Lam. She was so kind and made me feel so comfortable, thank you again and I’ll see you soon! Thank you to the whole team!!

Steer clear of this dentist.

I started work here with an emergency cavity, which Dr. Lamb handled like a champ. She was amazing, thorough, and took great care to explain everything very well. I left feeling like I found a great place to tackle the dental work I had been putting off. During my last visit to this office the woman who was placing 2 partial crowns on 2 of my upper molars, accidentally glued my 2 molars together. After a couple hours of sawing away at my mouth, she decided to explain to me what she did. She was very nice, so I just acted as if I didn't mind, everything can be rectified right? She continues to saw away at my teeth for a couple more hours until she is finally able to run a piece of floss between the 2 teeth. As I'm waiting to pay (for an appointment that probably should have been covered for me) the woman who made the mistake hands me a free teeth cleaning kit for my troubles. I left that day with no intention of ever going back.

Fast forward a few years. I receive a call from collections. Apparently my insurance didn't cover $100 of a service I had done there and they had trouble getting ahold of me. So they sent me to collections. I called the dentist and explained why I stopped going there, and asked if the charge could be removed. I was kind to them when they made a mistake. I hoped they would be kind back to me considering the circumstances.

They said there is nothing that they can do, and they are sorry for the experience I had in the past.

Everyone makes mistakes. But only bad businesses choose to do the wrong thing when their mistakes are called into question. This is not an issue of money. It's an issue of a dental practice that is incapable of admitting when they are wrong, and doing the right thing.

Every quote I ever received here was higher when I went to pay, until i would argue it back down to the amount I was quoted. This is a shady practice with bad business ethics.

I'm sure any dentist you go to can make a mistake. But I'd suggest trying one that doesn't have a known history of it.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Left in tears! I’m not confrontational at all but I’m so disappointed in the care I’ve received. Dr. Lam shames you and has zero compassion. You don’t even feel like a valued patient; just on an assembly line being passed over.

Lakewood Modern Dentistry have the friendliest staff. Professional and timely service is what you can expect when visiting them. My teeth are the healthiest they’ve been due to the latest and most updated services offered. Thank you.

Sometimes it’s one person that can make or break a clinic or an office in this case I had an issue with my bill my insurance show that I had a large out-of-pocket for uncovered charges and when I called and tried to discuss it with them, Holly, and agree to disagree she basically got rude and hung up on me I don’t think I’ll be coming back I don’t need to be treated with disrespect from the front end even though the dentist may be great. In my opinion she lacks customer service skills are customers angry they’re not technically angry at the person you’re talking to their angry about the situation and her basically throwing her hands up and telling me well that’s the way it is without listening and understanding how I was feeling really hurt a business
