Great Visit, they took the time to give me a through cleaning. Normally they would charge for a deep cleaning when you haven't been in for almost a year. Went way over my 6 months due to everything going on in the world right now.

This place was great , doctor Mowry made sure I was comfortable, and I was not in any pain, did great dental work definitely we'll be coming back and referring my friend's and family also, he did an awesome job, staff was nice and polite, but the doctor was the best experience and the best dentist that I have ever been to, definitely recommend this place.

If I could give zero stars I would. In 2014 I came to this office and had a root canal done. Today I paid dearly for making the choice to have it done at this office. The dentist Dr, Berkel gave me the root canal and screwed up my crown and left it with negligence. It had a big hook that has been stabbing into my gums like a needle for the past 4 years. I went to another dentist to have this fixed today and they said I am likely left with permanent gum damage. I endured much pain and a huge dentist bill all because Dr, Berkel was negligent in his care for me. It was truly a lack of care that would lead someone to make the mistakes he did. I could have avoided so much pain if I had just gone elsewhere for my care. PLEASE BE ADVISED AND STAY AWAY there is much better Medicaid providers for dental out there.

Friendly but the overall quality is horrid. One filling was messed up to the point where another dentist in this office wouldn't touch it. I now have significant damage to my dental health thanks to this office. Please, do NOT go here. There are much better locations. I wasted thousands here and I am continuing to pay to fix what was incorrectly done.

I suppose every patient and visit is different. Dr. Berkle ie the best. a very personable happy guy and has always been happy to see me there(even though I am not a model patient) The staff for the most part is great!(well except Collin go running out of office if you get him) the rest are awesome ask for Gabe/Heather/Erica these are tech's that know whats going on! I have taken my kids in to see them and even a friend and all have had great experiences. There is another Dentist there but I haven;t had any dealings with him... If you find the best( Dr. B) then why go to anyone else.
Oh and to the guy who had a complaint about a tech giving his son a shot and missing with the needle... come on I have never seen a tech give a shot.. the dentist does that. not the tech... get real...

I've been going to this location since 2008, Dr. Spiegel Is the best, completely honest & doesn't make me feel bad for smoking. He's done so much for me over the years. I take 2 busses & 1 train to see him and he is soooo worth it! All of the staff there are more then helpful and are always pleased to assist!! I'll never go anywhere else as long as he occupies this establishment!

Sitting with my boyfriend as he receives treatment. I have been in dental for 17 years I am an EDDA, his insurance isn't the best or he would be in my office getting the work he needs.
I've never seen the level of unprofessionalism by the front desk. Sitting in the back you can hear absolutely all conversations; they are discussing their drunking adventures from the night before and discussing being hung over. Tacky to say the least considering they are providing health care. They truly should consider the patients comfort in the back! No one cares about your social life and no one wants to listen to you while they are reaciving treatment! The staff and practice I work for would never allow this behavior to continue!
