Comfort Dental Thompson Valley - Your Trusted Dentist in Loveland

I’ve been in the dentist chair quite a lot growing up. I ended up having a bad experience back in the Midwest where I lived fifteen years ago and kinda just didn’t go back to any dentist since.
Im so much of a “man” that even after I broke tooth #20 after eating hard candy FIVE years ago, I still didn’t want to go to the dentist.
I guess no one really looks forward to going to the dentist………

Dr Orrock is my dentist, I’m proud to say.
He took the time to get on the same page with me and where my problems are coming from. Definitely no judgement on me as a person. He probably is judging my mouth, but that’s his job - hahah
Super easy to talk with and I felt comfortable in the chair where I had to be for two hours yesterday. He explained every step of the way and kept in mind how I was feeling the entire time.
I’m definitely seeing the value of having a dentist that I can trust. He does continuing education even more than the required bc I can tell that he is just passionate about his craft.
He didn’t do this one part of my oral plan so he referred me to this OTHER amazing dentist to do my root canal therapy. He was a GREAT referral!! That made me trust Dr Orrock even more and I respect him for sending me out to get this done with a quality referral.
While I was there for two + hours yesterday, I personally observed the staff. They are all (subtly) singing along w the music on the radio, all the while talking to me in this calm, comforting tone. They all seemed as smart as the dentist and I never felt more comfortable in a dentist chair. Keep in mind that I’ve spent over 200hours over my life doing this.

I also just scheduled appts for my two kids.

The staff is great about scheduling. They are “on it” w billing and working w my insurance. They have kept me fully informed on what is covered and what each procedure would cost out of my pocket.
I would recommend this office, more specifically Dr Orrock to anyone that needs anything done dentally. He will treat you with respect, listen to your concerns and inform you on the best steps to achieve your dental goals. He has my 100% confidence and I know you will love your time with him as dentist.
You can thank me later by just smiling at me when our paths cross at the local grocery store

I was taken great care of Wednesday. I had my appointment set for march 10th but because I was having extreme tooth pain Wednesday the 1st I called to see if they would be able to get me in that day and they were able to. They also were able to get my tooth feeling better the same day. Thank you Comfort Dental and thank you Dr. Price!

I was in pain when I walked in and wasn't in a great mood, but the front desk personnel was very helpful and patient with me and got me in swiftly. Dr Thomas was very nice and respectful and very caring. He addressed my issues and communicated well with everything he was doing. I felt very comfortable and in good hands. They took care of me immediately and got me out of there within the hour. Although I dealt with some great pain afterwards, but got through it, what he told me was exactly what I experienced and in this, it shows me they know what their doing there! I happy to say I would recommend anyone to go to this office. Thank you very much for taking care of me!

I don't care for the dentist but Dr. Price and his assistant Daisy were simply amazing! I was in severe pain with a toothache and went as a walk in. They got me in right away and had my tooth extracted within 10 minutes AMAZING! I would highly recommend to everyone.

Used to not mind going here when Dr John Fillmore was here in Loveland. Now that he's gone I had to see Dr. Price and was not impressed. His tech, a younger girl, was unprofessional too. She didn't seem to have much training. Dr. Price never removed any plaque from my teeth as previous dentist always have. Instead he tried telling me I needed a deep cleaning, and that I had a bunch of bone loss. When I'd previously been told my teeth were super healthy. I sought out a second opinion to be told my teeth look fantastic and no deep cleaning was necessary. Sucks that Dr fillmore is gone and more dishonest dentists have taken his position.

Also, several years ago I had been to the comfort dental in Fort Collins. The dentist there had told me I needed TWELVE filings. I sought out a 2nd opinion after that and was told I needed ZERO! STAY AWAY FROM COMFORT DENTAL.

I’ve been going here for a few years. I hate the dentist but they made me feel comfortable. Although I’m not happy because I broke a tooth and scheduled an emergency appt to get in because my mouth was hurting. I drove all the way there from Fort Collins to find out they closed early due to being short staffed, which I understand, but they didn’t contact me to let me know they were closing early or try to reschedule my appointment. I drove 45 minutes for nothing.

My wife recommended Dr Orrock because of her past experiences with hi
m as a patient. I found him to be of a Quiet confidence dentist, experienced, kind, friendly and communicative. As a surgeon, I learned from his thoroughness and most importantly, his gentleness. I will take that away for my life experiences and my practice to my patients

I have been going to this Comfor Dental location for a few years now, and I have always had great experiences here. The staff here are always courteous and the Dentists are very good at what they do. Keep it up!

Not impressed by the dr and staff. I feel they do not have my best interests in mind- just a money maker. I am an experienced dental assistant for many years and I have experienced poor care.

I really appreciate the respect and concern all the staff at Thompson Valley showed me. 🫶🏽 I just had septoplasty and my turbines, shaved down, and the staff was amazing very careful, very concerned, and extremely respectful not to try to hurt me! I would definitely refer all of my friends and family to this office! Thank you for everything all of you do! And also, thanks to the doctor for a couple of songs he sang to me lol.
