This place is great. I was able to take my son to Dr. Tran. We seen him on a Wednesday and by that Friday, he already had our insurance authorizing the work that needs to be done. Very caring, thorough, and just an overall pleasure to be around. I would recommend this particular Comfort Dental to anyone.

I moved to Loveland about 10 years ago. After my first appointment with Dr. Tran, I knew I'd found a good dentist. I was one of those people who had a lot of cavities in my younger days, so I've known more than my fair share of dentists, dental assistants, and dental procedures (even root canals and extractions). Like many people, this meant that I'd gotten in the habit of waiting to see a dentist until I had a tooth so painful that I had no choice. So I called Comfort Dental.

During my first visit, Dr. Tran said he'd need to do a deep cleaning on my teeth. He found a couple of cavities that needed filling and also one tooth that would need a root canal and cap. He was extremely gentle during the whole process. I never knew that dental work could be as pain-free as he and his staff made it.

I was so pleased with the cap he installed, that on one of my next visits I actually asked him if he could replace another cap I'd had for about 6 years that had never felt "right" in my mouth... it had always bothered me even though I'd returned several times to the dentist that installed it to try to have it corrected. Dr Tran told me that it was fine from an oral health perspective, but if it bothered me that much, he could replace it. I asked him to go ahead and do that, and I am SO happy I did. That was money well spent. The replacement feels like a normal tooth.

Dr. Tran continued to teach me how to refine my daily dental care so that my gums became healthier, and (his care was so gentle) he talked me into getting into the habit of regular checkups. The time I spend in the dental chair had decreased: when I go for a cleaning, my cleaning schedule has changed from deep cleanings to regular cleanings to maintenance-only cleanings. Under his care, I'm at the point that I now rarely have cavities. I still go twice a year for cleaning and checkup, but the visits are a breeze.

One of the ways Dr. Tran really excels over other dentists is his individualized care. He takes the time to talk to you about your dental health. He shows you your x-rays, and teaches you what you're looking at: you get to the point you can see for yourself what areas are cavities. He thoroughly discusses options with you before starting any procedure. And he gives you the advice you need to succeed at preventative maintenance.

A few years ago my mom had to do some serious dental work while she was in treatment for cancer. Of course I recommended that she try Dr. Tran. He could not have been more loving and gentle with her. He made sure that the work he was doing would be okay with her chemo and meds. He made follow-up calls afterword to personally be sure that she was recovering from his procedure okay and that her mouth was healing well. Needless to say, he's her regular dentist, now, too.

I'm so thankful for Dr. Tran and comfort dental. I feel very blessed to have found such a good dentist, especially after spending a lifetime before that looking for one. I regularly recommend him to friends and coworkers. I (selfishly!) hope he never retires. I found the best dentist of my lifetime.

Dr. Krause is always gentle, kind, professional and very good at what he does! Cynthia was his assistant at my visit today and although everyone in the office is great, she was exceptional. She takes her time and is meticulous about her work! I definitely recommend Dr. Krause and his team!

I would never return to this office. My dentist Dr. Orrock was amazing and a great dentist, however the office staff is unbelievably rude. I have never been treated so poorly in customer service. Then I send in a note with full payment about the rude and inconsiderate experience I had with the staff and get a comment back of "Thank you for your payment" and a smiley face on the complaint letter that I had sent in. I will absolutely not go back to an office where the staff gives such little respect.

Dr Price is great and have been going to this Comfort Dental for 4-5 yrs. Love their customer service and positive attitudes!

Not having Insurance, I was paying more than I needed to at prior Dentist. Comfort dental has a Gold plan discount for services. My second visit I had 2 cavities filled and a cleaning. Dr. Tran and his assistant were 5 stars.

I can’t speak for their services because I never had the opportunity to be seen by them. I scheduled an appointment for a Monday afternoon. I showed up for my appointment and the building appeared to be empty. I walked up to the entrance and they had a sign on the door that stated they were closed due to COVID testing. I understand that we are living in a pandemic, however, I think it would have been common courtesy to call your clients, explain that the office is closed, and attempt to reschedule.

I have been a patient at Comfort Dental, Dr Vien Tran, for the past seven years.
In that time I have had cleanings, root canals, teeth capped, extractions, and now upper and lower partial dentures.
I did not had good dental care in the past but since I have been Dr Tran's patient my mouth is in very good shape. I no longer have back round pain in my teeth. I can eat anything with my partials which I have now had for five years. Yes it does take a month or so to fully get used to eating with partials but it is worth the break in time.
Any of the personnel that I have been in contact with at Comfort Dental have been very caring and professional. Cost for value cannot be beat. any work that I have had done is anywhere from 40%-60% less than other dentists charge for comparable work.
I am 73 years old and have never had a dentist office like this one. I would high reccomend them to anyone that asks.

I can only conclude that people who like this dentist have never had a real cleaning or seen a real dentist.

1) My "teeth cleaning" consisted merely of them polishing my teeth. At a REAL dentist, this is the LAST step, after a proper cleaning with ACTUAL tools. Nothing was removed from my teeth except for when Dr. Tran lightly scraped between a couple of teeth at the very end. I left still feeling like I'd had a weak teeth-brushing. I even floss at home better than they did.

2) SUPER scammy. Didn't spot an old cavity my previous dentist had been watching for years (not filling it because it was so small, didn't bother me, and wasn't growing) and spent several minutes trying to convince me that my new x-rays showed a completely different cavity, despite admissions by both Dr. Tran and the dental hygienist that I have excellent oral hygiene. I finally pretended to see it and that it was the same cavity just to get out of the office.

3) This office literally doesn't have email capabilities. I spent a week before my appointment trying to get old records from them, and the best they could come up with was telling me to make my last dentist (from out-of-town) snail mail them copies.

4) AWFUL bedside manner. Dr. Tran told me "you're really not going to like what I have to tell you" and then waited SEVERAL MINUTES to tell me what I really wasn't going to like. When we first walked in, he asked why we were there.

This is not a real dentist. Get proper oral care elsewhere.
