Came in with the biggest fear of dentist just for doctor roberts to treat me like his own. He fixed my front tooth and did an amazing job n was just so gentle with his every move . I will be bringing the family back. Thank u so much y’all have been amazing.

I've been going here for 3 years now. I love Dr.Allen and Bobbi. They always do an amazing job with cleanings, thorough exams, and fillings. In fact this is the best Dentist I've been to. Would 10/10 recommended

Great place to go! The staff is awesome and Elise is amazing! The front staff is great and knowledgeable. I had an issue with my insurance but they figured it out in no time had let me know the details. Awesome place!!!!

To give a dentist 5 stars, you know they have to be great. I'm despise dentistry...many bad experiences...the ENTIRE staff deal so lightheartedly with my over the top fear and never make me feel ashamed of my lack luster teeth. Thank you for allowing me to choose if I get needles and thank you for dealing so patiently with my fear. I always smile while I'm there..even if there are also tears.

My first visit to Advantage Dental was great. The staff was friendly and organized. I gave them a 5 star rating. But after my follow up visit I will not be back.
The receptionist got me into a cancelled appt as I was having problems with my front cap. She took excellent notes. I know this because the dental assistant told me she saw from the notes that I was having a few problems, but did I want a cleaning? I told her not really. I was there for my cap and if the dentist did not have time for both I’d like to have what I came for addressed instead of a cleaning. She told me she understood but the office was short staffed today and he will try to address the problem but while we wait for him did I want a cleaning? I said I guess. She then started with X-rays because she said I would need those so the dentist could see what was going on. After that she started on my cleaning which had to be stopped due to pain from gum bleeding. The dentist then came over. He poked at my gums and made the comment that they were very bleedy. Gee I know. He said we would need to treat conservatively with me going home and applying Orajel for pain relief and then using a probe on the gums daily to drive out the inflammation. He asked the dental assistant to show me. She said they were out of the probes so she told me to find them at Walgreens or Walmart. I wish they would have used topical pain meds for the visit as well, were they out of those too? I left the office bleeding and in pain with no supplies—but not before being told that the X-rays that were taken WERE NOT COVERED BY MY INSURANCE and it would cost me $19, is that okay? What am I supposed to say. I was told after the fact so yeah I’m going to have to pay it. And then I go to sign for my payment and the wording on the document says $19 MONTHLY. Which I voice and was told no no it’s just a one time fee. Well then change your documents! Because I don’t want to sign them if it says monthly nor did I want to pay for X rays the one time as Advantage Dental knew my insurance would not cover it, but they did them without verifying first. Frankly I left with no solid treatment plan. Just ‘clean your teeth this way and see if it gets better’. And the entire visit was disorganized and felt rushed and truly felt like a fit in appt that I wish I never would have come to.
And it’s never okay for a practice to verify with insurance after a treatment has been done. Idc how small the fee.

Lindsey is always so nice and makes walking in the office so personal and comforting! I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a dentist! I'm glad I found an office where they actually take care of their pts. You all are amazing!

Best experience I’ve had at the dental in forever. Dr. Allen was so kind and his assistant was a saint. They were able to save my tooth versus having an extraction and both were so helpful.

This was our first time and we had a great experience. We are new to Pueblo and were looking for a longterm dentist. We have found ours with Advantage and will definitely be back with the rest of our family.
The front staff are friendly and kind. The dentist was also really nice and the hygienist, Elise, made the experience for my 5 and 8 year old feel safe and comfortable. She is fantastic.
