Once again stay away from this place the good reviews have to be fake. Just relieved another bill today. After having thought paid off bill for a extraction that didn't need to happen. Relieved another bill for 90 dollars that said due immediately. I just paid the bill and signed up for their yearly customer thing to save money what a joke they deserve to go out of business. .

keep being contacted by debt collectors for 532.00 after every time this office says that my balance is 0.00 my credit is ruined. don't copy and paste response me. This office does not care or take ownership for their mistakes and this will be taken to court

Dr. Aragona and his staff are very courteous, professional and efficient. I was immediately greeted and taken back to get started with no wait. Having had bad experiences at the dentist, I’m always hesitant, but I’ve found my dentist!! Dr. Aragona is knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable, relaxed, and understood the procedures. I can’t recommend this office and doctor enough.

Dr Aragona and all the staff at this office were amazing! They were very busy but made you feel like you were their only patient and made sure that all my needs were met! I came in with a dental emergency and was very nervous but ALL of the staff was amazing especially Dr Aragona!

I don't think there is one single thing that I can say something good about this practice. Today I have been waiting 40 minutes with no one telling me anything. I go to desk and ask they say uummm, let me go check I think they are running a little behind. 40 minutes is not a little behind and how long would I have waited for them to call me to the back.q. I have paid out $4600.00 and my insurance $2000. They take 85 to 90 % upfront.. so what can you do. We were almost done with everything and the implant denture was causes problems. On the same side it looks like the actual implant will come out of my gum. There is No communication, loses my implant dentures, tells you they will call you when the items are in and why not...because they lost them. I am so sick of this place. All kinds of assistance and hygienic people walking around doing nothing walking and talking, looking at you then walking and talking and I'm waiting. I have decided to just leave and go back another day.

Dr. Patel is amazing! She is always so welcoming and very informative. Always makes you feel safe and comfortable. I have gone to her for a root canal, crown, and filling. I have always left feeling better and she always calls a couple days later to check up on me after my procedures.highly recommend visiting her for your dental needs! I did see another dentist at Pueblo modern and dentistry for the rest of my root canal I don’t remember their name but wished Dr. Patel could’ve finished it. She is just that awesome! The rest of the staff has been good to me as well. they’re very straightforward and helpful with scheduling and billing. Plus I got a coupon in my email which was very helpful towards one of my procedures.

Terrified of the dentist... Dentists were great, reception kind of made it tough for me. I was there for nearly 2 hours because of a new system. After a lot of confusion I left with a lot of questions.
These people charged me nearly $2000 to remove two wisdom teeth and I didn't even get a cleaning. I think they prey on customers because they offer that smile generation card and jack up the prices. Absolutely will never return here. I need my whole jaw aligned because it pops constantly and they're out of their minds if they think I'd ever get it looked at here. Thanks for ruining my life for a year and making me hate the dentist even more.
