All Seasons Dental

I have been going to All Seasons Dental since they opened. I have always a great experience. I highly recommend All Seasons Dental.

We love All Seasons! They have been our dentist for several years now- and I am constantly impressed. I love that we can all be cared for in one place and don’t need to take our kids to a different clinic then us. They are kind, compassionate, gentle and PATIENT with my young boys! They even helped out with a quick exam when my son fell and sliced his lip and mouth- Dr. Craig eased my mind and explained what was healthy healing and when to be concerned. Hygienists Donna & Natalie are phenomenal— gentle and thorough!! Thank you, All Seasons for incredible service! My boys are so excited to brush and floss— you ROCK! :D

I love a small family practice. No long wait in the lobby for your appointment and when you’re in, no feeling that you are one in a long line of “stalls” like I’ve felt in another particular dental practice on the south side of town. On the downside I did feel pushed into an active “plan” for dental services that can be quite expensive. In my experience I have only been billed for services received upon leaving the office, not services expected to be completed in a plan. I did have a chipped tooth after a good but aggressive cleaning.

I made yet another visit to All Seasons Dental yesterday and they once again proved to be amazing. The care and compassion that the staff show to all of their patients is amazing. If you live anywhere within a several hundred mile radius and don't go to them you should.

I have been going to this dental office for more than 5 years Dr. Craig and her staff pride themselves on the quality of care they provide. All of them are extremely personable and knowledgeable.

The staff at All Seasons Dental are absolutely amazing. They all go above beyond with their care and compassion. Acknowledging my extreme fear and anxiety towards any sort of dental work, they recognize immediately that it was no joking matter and do everything they can to help me through it so they can provide me with superior dental work. Thank you all for your compassion!

I arrived promptly, 15 minutes early, to fill out paperwork (as instructed when I made the appointment) ~ I was informed when I made the appointment that they would allow me to enter the building when a room had been disinfected for me. I called from the parking lot to inform them that I was there. After 5 minutes someone came out to my car, took my temperature, asked me covid-pertinent information, and left me with the paperwork. I sat in the parking lot for a full 30 minutes! One of the papers I had to sign outlined the importance of being on time for appointments so that their practice could run smoothly. When I was finally brought in to a room, we discussed my dismay with this treatment ~ the doctor explained how it was important for them to do business this way so that they could continue to make money and employ people. Before taking x-rays, I tried to find out how much it was going to cost me. (The paperwork also stated I had to pay at the time services were rendered.) The first person I asked, said she would find out but just left the room with no further discussion ~ so I asked the 2nd person (who did go get someone to help me.) When I gave the 3rd person my insurance card, I mentioned that I was having "trust issues" and was told "THAT'S never happened!" (unilaterally dismissing my experience thus far) and "I've worked with the doctor for 10 years" ~ apparently, if you feel disrespected or misled by the staff, YOU are the problem, not their policies or behavior. As it turned out, I didn't have appropriate proof of insurance so I left. I would not go back (no matter how technically qualified they may be ~ they do not inspire confidence that they care about me as a patient) ~ THAT is probably why it's "never happened before" in their practice ~ most people wouldn't TRY to resolve anything ~ unhappy "customers" just don't come back!

I just had a terrific appointment! Dr. Craig always keeps me informed about my treatment, and she has the gift of making me feel welcome and valued. Her staff is more skilled than any I've encountered, and they communicate well step-by-step as I receive treatment.

Amazing staff and exceptional dental work. This has been my fourth visit. I like the warm and comfortable feel of the office.
Recently had a communication issue but that was worked out. The cost is unmatched and I've never received a surprise bill.
