Make sure you ask questions and get the full scoop. I was on Medicaid and they did not get approval before doing my work. Dr. Craig was awesome, the only thing i paid for was my portion. Kudos. However, every time I went in I was told I would be covered. Made my last appointment for hard align 2 months ago for Feb 9. Got a call today was told they need to change it due to insurance. I no longer have Medicaid. They neglected to tell me that the hard align was a separate charge. So much for that. I can't afford it so I'm stuck with the soft align until it all desinerates.
