I haven’t been to the dentist in 3 years after I had a bad experience. They were able to get me in as a new patient next day after I called, this was the best experience I’ve ever had. I had several cavity’s filled with no pain. I’ve also never had the numbing shots not hurt until I came here. I would recommend to anybody over any other dentist I’ve been to.

I recently had dental work at Comfort Dental South, specifically a root canal. Dr. Matthew Chapman and his dental assistant Yvonne were amazing! They explained everything before hand and were so kind and attentive to my every need! They really made me feel comfortable and at ease with the procedure! Unfortunately, due to events out of anyone’s control, i had a bad reaction to the root canal! I called Dr. Chapman and they got me into see him right away. Dr. Chapman was extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly explained to me what was happening and what we needed to do to to save my tooth! I was very impressed with his dental expertise and his bedside manor. He saved the day and my tooth!!! I highly recommend Dr. Matthew Chapman and all of the dental staff at the south office!! Thanks Dr.Chapman for taking good care of me!!

Had teeth pulled and they were very attentive to my needs. Very friendly and understanding. Dr Sean Chapman explained everything he was doing and made sure I was doing alright during the procedure. Very happy with my choice of dentist. Thank you Comfort Dental.

Dr. M. Chapman was horrible. Rude, arrogant and condescending. His male hygienist acted the same. I was in horrible pain and was given a referral to an oral surgeon who "could probably see me within a week". Luckily, I got in the next day to a fabulous, empathetic and professional doctor who did everything under a local anesthetic. I have never been treated so rudely, he has no business being in that profession. Would not recommend!!

Great experience. Doctor Chapman cares about the patients health and pain tolerance and always keeps a great conversation to get my mind off of the dental work. Also great front desk experience. Lisa always has a smile on her face and is exited schedule me another appointment if needed.

Professional, kind, and caring service. Office treats every patient as if each one is a family member. Appreciate the attitude, the service and the staff. If you need a dentist this is the place to go.

I've had a really bad experience with this dentist office. I will not be going back!

I have never been treated so unprofessionally especially in a place that's supposed to help people and make them feel comfort.
So I got a crown and all the buildup done here about a month ago (which my dentist didn't put in my permanent crown, his assistant did. Which to my knowledge isn't ok. The dentist Always deals with permanents.) And within 2 weeks it was loose, with no apparent reason other than it wasn't done correctly, so I call the office and don't get scheduled until 2 weeks out, well the tooth fell out the next day and now I need work done that's much more expensive than the original crown.. so when I finally see My Dentist, "Dr." Rose he is immediately rude and is accusing me of being responsible for the tooth falling out, saying I must grind my teeth or do something crazy when I eat. Which is total BS, I've had a lot of work done in my lifetime and NEVER have I encountered something like this. Plus I don't grind and I'm extra sensitive when I eat, especially on teeth that just had work done. I said it must be the fault of the person who put it in and all he did was become more rude, trying to get me to get additional work done and saying they could use the money from the crown and build up to go towards the new work (totally doesn't make them sound like they know they're responsible) and yet unwilling to cover the work they didn't do correctly so I can have a nice smile.
So I left and called my insurance and almost immediately they came to the conclusion the dentist office is responsible for what happened and started the process of getting my money back from the faulty work so I can get the work I need done correctly.
But here I am, almost 3 months later and they still havent done the paperwork to send my money back. And I'm sitting here with this gap in my smile.....
I can't Express how horrible this office is and how little they actually care about their patients. I will never return to a "Comfort Dental" and neither will anyone in my family.
Update: 6-30 Now they claim they never agreed to return my money..
