While they have some good assistance , The one who assisted the dr when I had my root canal didn't use the sucking instrument unless the doctor or I told her. and when she rinsed my mouth she kept spraying water in my face and nose, it was a horrible experience. Also this same assistant talked about Lunch n food non stop while I was numb n knew I would not be able to eat lunch when the procedure was over. Also a few months after this root canal was done it broke & instead of offering to pull it i was railroaded into making a payment for a post to be put in so that the doctor could put a crown on. Dr Rose made it appear the best option and that I needed to get it done ASAP. My insurance wasn't able to pay for it until July and he knew this. Guess what? I didnt get the post & I am in no pain and will be going to another dentist to get it pulled without having to pay out of my pocket.as it is now July and I will be fully covered without the huge bill that Dr Rose wanted me to pay. It was not a good experience at all .

I was seen on the September 26th to get fillings and my wisdom tooth pulled. I don't remember the Dental Assistant who did my fillings. He was a younger guy, African American and he wore glasses. He was very nice and professional but he was very very rough when doing my fillings and now my teeth are so sore. I'm not saying this to complain but to critique on how he does it. Last time i was seen for fillings, i did not hurt at all.

I'd recommend Comfort Dental to anyone. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at ease. Cheryl and Dr. Sean Chapman are awesome!

Dr Sean is the best. I had a root canal done tonight actually, and him and his assistant did an amazing job and they work very well together which makes it even better.

Service sucks, rude people behind the desks, my experience was horrible. Went to get a tooth pulled out on a Friday. They numbed my tooth twice and still felt pain they gave me a pcb the last resort to numbing. After the doctor proceeded to pull and try to dig out the tooth for 2 hours he decided to tell me there's nothing he could do but to send me to a different dentist to get it surgically removed. This was Friday at 5 no surgical dentistrys are open on weekends so I stayed in unbearable pain all weekend. And comfort dental didn't try to help me out they just gave me pills and basically said good luck.I would not recommend this dental place to anyone.

Highly recommend Comfort dental. The Doctors and staff are great. Yavonne is usually my assistant and she always makes me feel comfortable when I’m there.

Love this place! Dentists are always super nice and friendly. Explain everything to me and dont talk down to me. Love the hours so I can be seen without taking time off work! Usually get a problem fixed ASAP which I love.

Thanks to Dr Matthew Chapman and his assistant Kim. They definitely went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during my appointment.I highly recommend them for all dental needs.

I cant describe how rude the staff was to me. There are no words. They tried to bill me for X rays the dentist said i wouldnt be charged for. The lady in the back office started attacking me verbally when I told them the dentist said i wouldnt be charged. She told me that i cant just walk in there and get free service i have to pay and nothing is ever free, life doesnt work that way. But the thing is I know how my insurance works and knew i shouldnt be getting charged for anything. This place really is a scam and the staff including the flamboyant man working there are the most disrespectful people ive ever met. The lady in the red dress was also shouting my personal information from across the way which is a HIPAA violation. Do not come here if you want to be treated right because they are extremely disrespectful and get defensive easily.

Horrible Experience! Very unprofessional! Poor communication! I will never go back to them!
