Relaxation Dental

I have avoided the dentist for well over a decade due to some bad experiences. Relaxation Dental was recommended to me and during my first visit I felt understood and experienced none of the shaming talk that so many other dentists give you when you've neglected your dental health. I feel confident moving forward with them and the care they provide.

This was the best dentist visit I ever had. Had an emergency tooth ace and they got me in next day and did an amazing job extracting the tooth. Doctor Brown is the best and makes you feel very comfortable and safe.

I have NEVER had a better experience at a dentist! Everyone is so kind and goes above and beyond to help you! I was in excruciating pain and needed two teeth removed immediately, but I’m not insured. They saw me within the hour, came up with payment plans and got me taken care of. I didn’t get pushed to the side because I didn’t have insurance. I was treated like any other human being. I didn’t feel ashamed or embarrassed. I was welcomed and treated with kindness and great care! Thank you to all the staff!

Dr Brown is extremely patient and calming. I have had anxiety to the point where I couldn't complete a dental procedure as scheduled. Dr Brown had a very compassionate and helpful conversation with me about the anxiety. Together, we came up with a plan to calm my nerves and get the necessary dental work done. He has a great team around him as well.

I have had Dr. Brown as my dentist since 2019 and he and his staff have treated me great above and beyond. Today's procedure (11/3/22) was no exception. It was a longer and more involved one and yet I was comfortable and relaxed with minimal discomfort and zero anxiety . From a patient standpoint this is dentistry as it should be practiced!

My girlfriend took my stepson here, and Dr. Brown was so amazing and gentle with him that even though my stepson had to get work done he is excited to come back to the dentist! They entertained him in the front letting him draw and made him confortable, and he was even able to watch a movie while being worked on. Amazing people from the beginning to the end.

Dr. Brown's technical expertise and professionalism are well balanced by his listening ability and willingness to meet his patient (me) in the moment.
He is supported by a competent and compassionate team.
My over-all experience, as I step through challenging treatment decisions and procedures, has been positive.

I recently visited Relaxation Dental for a whitening treatment. My dental hygienist, Jess, was incredible: she gave me a warm blanket as soon as I sat down and helped me feel very comfortable. I have incredibly sensitive teeth, and I was a little nervous about how I would fare the treatment. She made sure that I would be as comfortable and taken care of as possible. My teeth lightened up WAY more than I was expecting them to. I would HIGHLY recommend going to Relaxation Dental for teeth whitening!

The staff is very professional, very high levels of communication, mindful, team oriented, patient...you know what they all just seemed like nice people. I feel pretty lucky finding this dental practice they really created a nice little relaxing place. I actually had a pretty bad experiences with a dentist in Milwaukee it took me maybe 10 years and a front chipped tooth to try out a dental routine again. I also let them know I wasn't very excited to come in. They assured me this would be a much better experience and they were right I didn't feel processed I felt taken care of.

Oh! I can't forget to mention the office accommodation! It's kind of like being in first class on a spa airplane. The waiting room has little snacs and drinks. They give you a survey to make your stay more accoadating like noise canceling headphones or weighted blankets. While your kicked back in the cleaning chair you get to watch TV on the ceiling...I was distracted by beak glowing penguins. They took me to another fancier chair to fix my chipped tooth the leather was luxury soft had heat and massage options. The entire experience was easy!

I do think this dental practice takes things to another level. The entire staff gets along really well it seems like a great environment to work in. Did you notice they are closed on Mondays they treat their employees with 3 day weekends!!!??? Very cool! Even the staff gets to be a part of the relaxation process which reflects really well on the very healthy work environment which gives its patients a comfortable safe environment.

Relaxation Dental was my dental office a couple years ago before I moved. They really helped then having their own insurance plan, as i had a lot of work to do. I had moved away for a couple years and neglected to keep a scheduled dentist visit, resulting in a filling falling out. I happened to be traveling back through Salida and my vehicle broke down. In the meantime I called Relaxtion Dental and they squeezed me in their schedule. Doctor Brown remembered who I was and helped me out knowing my predicament of car trouble.

Could not suggest Relaxation Dental enough. I wish I could have them where I am moving to. Very friendly and professional team.
