I am finally nearing the end of a dental implant procedure and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this dentist and his staff. Today I was at the office for "stage 2" of the procedure and was an anxious wreck. Losha, one of Dr. Brown's team, immediately recognized my body language and set to work to put me at ease. Not with weighted blankets or essential oils (though their office offers these things too!) but with gentle reassurance and admitting to his own anxieties--just taking the time to relate to me on a human level. And the best part...these are just the kind of people Dr. Brown employs all around. No matter who you're working with for your appointment, you can guarantee that you will feel cared for and respected, and you will never feel belittled for your anxiety, nerves, or questions. Dr. Brown himself always presents with a giant smile and relaxed demeanor. His practice is aptly named, for a variety of reasons.

One of my temporary crowns fell out one morning as I was taking out my retainer. I managed to snap it back on. Of course, it happened on a day that the office was closed. I called the emergency number as I was having some sensitivity and didn't think I could make it through the weekend. While I was holding on the line, the on-call person said the team at Dr. Brown's office was texting back and forth, determining what to do. Jessica and Losh came to my rescue! They both rushed into the office, and I met them there in about 45 minutes. Instead of just re-attaching the temporary crown, they tag-teamed and inserted both of my permanent crowns, which fit perfectly! Jessica even took molds of my upper and lower teeth in the event my retainer didn't fit any more. Thank you to both Jessica and Losh for the wonderful work that they did, especially on their day off! I would highly recommend Dr. Brown's office for all your dental needs!

DON'T BE FOOLED! by the "friendliness" and distractions. I saw them a year ago and it took me this long to write a review because I was simply embarrassed to even admit that I was taken for a fool. It still upsets me! I signed up for their intro deal to get a cleaning and because I had an issue with one of my teeth. The front staff is super friendly right... almost over the top. Everywhere incentives to leave a good review... win this win that. At first I thought ohhh, they are fantastic. Great chairs, TV's and headphones (which I now find are there to distract you from really noticing what's going on). I have been told I had umpteen cavities and.... believed them. I even signed up for their membership plan. Dr. Brown is really convincing. And if you hesitate or question he's quite adapt in finding a way to "shut you up". I actually found him quite insulting at one of the visits. That was my last visit. And the visit where they where just doing a minor procedure per my request because I was already no longer comfortable with all the work they wanted to do. A SMALL filling at my front tooth which I NEVER had a problem with but supposedly had a cavity. Here I am in my headphones watching a show and becoming aware that Dr. Brown says to his assistant oh this needs a big filling. Mind you I have my mouth full of bite guards and I am confused and at disbelief ... and distracted. Never did he stop to discuss the "new development". Instead he took it upon himself to drill out almost my whole tooth and put a huge filling into a tooth that I am now fully convinced of was never a problem at all. Why I did not interrupt the procedure beats me? Again, I totally felt like under a spell in there. My bad. Now, every time I have a cold drink I can feel an uncomfortable sensation in that tooth that was never a problem before. I feel so dumb to have not spoken up and stopped the procedure. I did not feel right, I knew that! It wasn't right! NEVER AGAIN though. I cancelled all my follow up appointments. Even my "free cleanings" that where included in this crazy membership plan and I would love to report them to the better business bureau for investigation. I read many reviews now saying that they are doing procedures or planing on doing procedures that are not necessary. BE AWARE!

I first met Dr. Brown and staff when I had a dental emergency over a year ago. They got me in quickly and I was surprised by how kind and informative everyone was. They still impress me with their genuine caring attitude! I was in yesterday for a cleaning and felt so welcome. I have never looked forward to going to the dentist before!

The entire staff took the time to talk to me and get to know me without rushing me in and out of the office. I've had two procedures done in the last couple of weeks and everyone I came into contact responded to my needs and concerns with patience and kindness. It's nice to know that I can approach my dental health without fear and anxiety from now on.
