Who really likes going to the dentist to have work done? Although a good cleaning feels refreshing. Fillings not so much...yet the staff and Dr Ganz are great and painless. Very personable and thorough too.

Oh and the location is very convenient. Kitty corner to Freshies on the east side of hwy 40 and parking is plentiful.

Dr. Joy does not handle patient issues with compassion or empathy. I had a very unfortunate side effect from nitrous and the way Dr. Joy handled the situation left me feeling like I had done something wrong and was at fault. I don't normally speak out on such things, however, Dr. Joy and her staff were very cold and uncaring towards me.....the dental hygienist promised to call me and never did. Needless to say it was a very upsetting and humiliating situation for me and Dr Joy and her staff did nothing to try and make it right. I have since moved to High Country Dental.

Rude to a level that violates the Hippocratic oath.
My 12 yr old daughter required three fillings. Naturally, she was scared of the unknown and shed a few tears. All Dr. Joy Troxel offered in response was a roll of her eyes, a look of disgust, and a refusal to perform the procedure. All in a span of a few minutes. When we tried to reschedule the appointment days later the dental staff informed us that my daughter was unwelcome at her office. Needless to say, the remainder of my family too will not again seek any dental services from this office.
In the end, saltwater triggered a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. 0 of 10, would not try again nor recommend same to others. No Joy to be had here.
