Dr. Ganz, Joan, and all the AWESOME Staff at Rabbit Ears Dental have been my first pic for years!! I moved here from the SOUTH and instantly discovered their sincere hospitality!! They "really" do care how their patients feel and will do anything to comfort, assist, and make one feel welcome:) :) As a teacher, I've referred tons of friends and families to Dr. Ganz, "Neal". I made my appointment knowing they would be booked out several weeks because this gives me time to get the courage to go. So when Pam called me and said she had an earlier appt I kinda freaked out, I didn't have time to prepare myself. I am so glad I went in early, I needed the work. I appreciate the gentle coaxing to just come in rather than wait, she knows i'm a nervous patient.
The staff and Dr. Ganz are wonderful caring people and I appreciate all they do. If you want a gentle, understanding, upfront and helpful office then go here.

Dr. Ganz is the best dentist ever. He is able gove me novicane shots when getting cavities filled. This although a small thing to others is HUGE for me as I'm afraid of shots/ needles. Ive known and gone here for almost 20 yrs and hope for many more. 5/5 for me.

I could not even give this office 1 Star! I needed to have a simple filling in a tooth. When I left the office, I started having terrible sensitivity in my tooth. I did not trust this dentist due to a difficult experience as I was there... so I found another dentist in the area. They took a look at the tooth that was filled and there was a huge hole in it to the point that they could stick an instrument the entire way through the tooth from the side to the front. They repaired the tooth, however two years later I developed an access in it and had to have it pulled. I would not recommend this dental office to anyone! it cost me hundreds of dollars in repair, extraction and emotional anguish.
