Jones Randall C DDS

Dr Jones is one of the best dentists I've seen in my life and I've been to many. His sense of humor makes my fear of dentists less. He has treated me well!

My experience with the doctor has been friendly, but his approach to dentistery, is far from being able to make a good impression. He gets paid no matter what else goes on. I've had a lot of work done here, and even though I have told him my problems, he seems to just shake them off. Truthfully, I don't know if I will be with him after the end of the year. Over 40 years, I have seen, or gone to 4 dentists, and he is on three low end of the scale.

I would give ZERO stars if possible. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I needed a new set of dentures. My gums have receded and my top plate split in half.
I'm a Medicaid patient.
First thing Jones says to me is about how White my teeth are. I don't smoke or eat Anything that could possibly stain my dentures.
It went Downhill from there!
My bottom lip got stuck Under the gooey stuff to make the gum form.
He wouldn't fix that Before the stuff set! When it was time to pick out the color of the teeth, he pulled out teeth examples that looked like a Chain smoker of 40 yrs teeth!
He got Huffy when I said No to those and he had to dig in the drawer for a White example.
When the wax forms came in, they were Not correct!
1 front tooth on top was crooked. And the 4 bottom front teeth were Not level.
His response to me saying I needed those corrected was, "I'll just GRIND those down when we get them back as your Permanent set!
UH, NO!
I got a call 2 days later, saying...."That he's NOT going to make my dentures!

My opinion.
He wanted to get paid as soon as possible. And How Dare I Not Agree to those HORRIBLE wax impressions.
I Reported him to Medicaid.
I don't recommend his office if you want Quality work.

For a tooth extraction, I was in and out in 15 minutes! Everything went great!

He's honest and tells you what you actually need instead of just putting a crown on everything. He's also gentle on the mouth. His staff is also very helpful.

Let me just start with this....bad customer service equals bad reviews.

Dr. Jones, the abhorrent, disgraceful, disrespectful, obnoxious 'Sandy' that answers your phones just cost you my families service.

I'd rather drive to Denver then have to speak someone so uneducated and unappreciative of a job in a small town.

I was notified last minute that your office still used shots to apply numbing agents when performing fillings. Upon confirmation of this and an attempt to cancel, I was scolded and reprimanded and downright disrespected by your answering wench.

What a ridiculous human being! She can't answer phones and be nice? She can't understand someone's fear of needles? She can't have compassion with what is the most hated two visits of the year?

You Dr. Jones have hired a real piece of work.

I have been going to Dr. Jones for over 10 years, and I wouldn't go any where else. I went in today with a back bottom tooth broken half off and he totally fixed it. I definitely recommend him. He is the kindest Dr and very compassionate .

Awful dentist and assistant. Took my son there because his normal dentist was closed. Only needed an infection drained and antibiotics given. Well without even numbing my sons mouth or asking my permission he pulled my 7 y/o sons tooth. My son screamed an awful blood currling scream and ended up in the hospital hrs later. After an overnight stay, CT scan, and bags full of antibiotics my son was released. He is very negligent and now my son has to be sedated to even have his teeth cleaned, when before he bever had an issue. I DO NOT recommend him.

I have gone to this dentist since moving here. They're always so friendly and nice as well as prompt to get you what you need. I would highly reccomend this office to just about anyone.
