Comfort Dental Hunters Glen - Your Trusted Dentist in Thornton

First time here and I had a great experience. There was a bit of a wait at first but the girls up front (cecilia I believe was one of them) made it super comfortable letting me know what they were waiting on and what not. After I was pulled to the back i was sat in an office and the doctor who took care of me came to introduce himself(don’t remember name) and asked me what they can do for me, that alone was something I’ve never experienced before, so it felt great to talk one on one with the dr before anything was done so we both were on the same page! When i was taken back to get the xrays and stuff done everything went smoothly, no discomfort or anything while i was getting my work done. I would definitely recommend this location of Comfort Dental to someone else! Thank you so much for making my first visit great!

My dental procedures have been long and anxiety-ridden. I have severe dental PTSD from past trauma. And today, Fabi my hygienist, made me feel so comfortable and reassured. She was kind, patient and very professional and she fully explained everything to me so well. I hadn’t had that experience with other hygienists when I visited this location before. I highly recommend requesting Fabi at this Comfort Dental location!

Our experience at Comfort Dental Braces Hunters Glen has been wonderful. I appreciated the quick appointments, the knowledgeable staff and the fun atmosphere. Sometimes the wait times were a little long, but it's only because they are very busy helping so many people. We'd recommend Dr. Tye & Dr. Zach to anyone! Very pleased with the results!

The staff and Dr. Nelson were always professional and nice to work with. My daughter had her braces on for 18 months and she is happy with the way her teeth look now. I would recommenced this facility to family and friends.

Where to even start with this horrific place. 1st off my appointment was at 6:00pm and I wasn't seen until 6:40pm because the Dr was running behind, completely unprofessional in my opinion. Then I finally get called back to be treated like complete dirt by the dental assistant and the receptionist who pretty much ignored me to talk with her friends there about her upcoming plans with her boyfriend. I finally get to see Dr Brian Hirsbrunner and he was the absolute worst dentist I have ever had to see. He was the rudest man and when I told him about my pain he rolled his eyes at me then started to just drill on my tooth without and kind of numbing before hand. I kept saying ouch and he just said "it's not that bad bare with me" it got so bad that I literally had to push his hand away and sit up and tell him stop. He didn't apologize or sympathize for being an ass just shrugged his shoulders and said "you gotta take better care of your teeth you have infection in your gums" and that was it. I asked for antibiotics and pain medication and he told me to call a different office for it because he didn't feel like I needed it that it would go away on its own. Are you kidding me?! An infection is just meant to magically go away on its own? This guy is the worst thing to happen to any dentist office. Please if you have to go here just don't get him and expect rudeness from the rest of the staff, I don't know how the other Dr's are but he is awful. AVOID THIS WHOLE OFFICE IF POSSIBLE!!!

Overall I had a great experience, love that they're open on Saturdays. Staff's customer service is wonderful and Dr.Berry is great.

I came to this location in February to have a tooth extraction. I figured this appointment would be no longer than 45 minutes, so I brought with me my two young boys and wife to show my son's not to fear the dentist. Instead it showed that this dentist office is the worst place to be. We got brought to the back fairly quickly but once in the back our wait continued for another 45 minutes to an hour. An assistant or dentist would come and ask a few questions than disappear for over 20 minutes. In the meantime we could see all of the dentist's horsing around and flicking gloves at each other and dancing to the radio down a hallway instead of helping us and several other patients. After about 2 hours in the building and waiting to be helped they came to finally pull my tooth. The actual extraction took no more than 5 minutes, I was charged over $300 for an extraction because they decided to do a gum measurement/exam that I didn't ask for and told them I didn't want yet they still would not get rid of the extra charges. Overall the visit was very disappointing. After a week my extraction site was not healing and it felt as if a piece of tooth or bone was sticking through the gums still and made an appointment to get it checked and make sure it was all well. When they checked they only said it was a dry socket and would heal with time and sent me on my way. However about a week later and the pain still there I removed from the extraction site the pieces of either bone or tooth myself and finally the hole started to close and heal. Does not seem that they know what they are doing at this office and like to waste people's time and money as much as possible. Moving forward I will be going to my wife's dentist which is very good at total dental health solutions, even if it is more expensive.

Wasn’t that great of an experience to be totally honest, appointment was scheduled at 1:30 pm today I waited in the seating area for about 30 min before I was even talked to by someone at the front counter, during that time I could hear ladies in the back having a conversation on what seemed like they’re lunch. Then the intern or dental assistant tried removing my temp crown without numbing me first which was extremely painful I had to request them to numb me which I feel I shouldn’t have to do. If your going to schedule me at 1:30 pm take your lunch before then and be more professional.
